Excellent experience from beginning to end, with knowledgeable, friendly and efficient service - from guidance on selection from among many options (for window blinds) in the shop, to in-home measurement, to installation, which included removal of old hardware and patching the resulting holes.

Paul and his team at Window Accents and Flooring in Princeton are the best. The folks at the Princeton store were knowledgeable about all the Hunter Douglas products (I specifically wanted Hunter Douglas.) They were able to order samples of the fabrics for me, so I could see what the material would look like in combination with the other colors and light in the room. My blinds on three different sized windows are all a perfect fit, thanks to Paul’s accurate measurements. It was a shipping company fluke that two of the three were damaged in transit, but Paul put in the replacement order that very same day and had it expedited. Paul and his group are honest, professional, and considerate. Their work is exemplary, and should I need additional window treatments, I will definitely return to their store.

Great service and great products! Paul did a terrific job installing three Hunter Douglas blindsfor my kitchen skylights…. not an easy task. I highly recommend Window Accents and have worked with them for over 25 years!

The Window Accents & Flooring team were great from the beginning to the end of the measuring/installing process. They were fun to work with and their long experience in the business gave us confidence in the shade and curtain choices we made. Paul and his apprentice installed the shades and curtains perfectly. We're very happy with the job... and we'll be back the next time we need shades.

I ordered two window treatments from Window Accents. One for our master bedroom and one for our guest room. It took me a couple of trips to the store and multiple emails before I could decide on what I wanted. BOth Ilene and Paul were super helpful and patient and provided great feedback. The installation was quickly and efficiently done. I had a great experience and would highly recommend using Window Accents!

Everything went smoothly from start to finish.The show room is well laid out, with lots of natural light which helped display all the blinds. The salesperson made some good suggestions, which I followed up on.Window measurements were arranged, pricing, time frame and delivery/installation Basically, everything went just about as well as it could have. And I'm super happy with my new blinds! I am appreciative of the convenience of it all, as well as the final product.

The blinds make all the difference. Window Accents did a great job. This is not inexpensive, but Paul came out measured and then returned a couple weeks later and installed them. Outstanding professionalism and customer service. The whole process is very smooth and well-executed, you have the feeling you are dealing with professionals who have done this for years and years. When my blinds were installed, Paul went the extra mile and helped me out -- I had been unable to loosen the extremely tight screws in the brackets for the curtains I was no longer using. Paul removed all of the hardware for me. The Hunter Douglas Duette blinds look great and provide light filtering and insulation. Highly recommend, this is the third time I've used Window Accents, each time same great service, great product and job well done.

I would highly, highly recommend Window Accents. I was very pleased with the ordering process and the detail given when the shutters were installed. Paul was extremely neat, and cleaned up all the packaging material etc., and removed it from my home. Simply put, Paul was so nice to work with from beginning to end.When Paul came out to measure, he brought along many different samples for me to choose from. He was not pushy or in a hurry for me to decide. Once everything was finalized, Paul emailed me with an image showing what the shutters and the frame I chose would look like on my windows.This is a company you can trust to have in your home and work along with you, at your pace, on your windows project.
