Was just at this location today 7-1 because of ongoing Wells Fargo issues i stopped being a customer with this bank about 3 months ago. Was with WF for 10 years. Today I was this location of behalf of my job to grab change for the upcoming busy weekend. I stood in line I helped for atleast 20 minutes. Staff acknowledged I was there waiting but skipped over me to help another pushy customer who came in after me. When I was finally called to window the teller said she couldn’t see me standing in the back? Seriously? The staff knows me I’m here 2-3 times a week for change and paper money. I dislike how I was treated today. And if I needed anymore confirmation to not be a customer here today was it for me. The staff is nice and how I was treated today unacceptable. Do better WF!

We came in to get some documents notarized and found the banker to be overly pushy and pressuring and wouldn't take no for an answer. Instead of just notarizing the documents the banker wanted us to abort the course of action in the documents and do what she wanted. We found the experience to be negative. Probably in the future we will use the Princeton Junction branch if we need to meet with a banker. It might even be worth it to pay someone else to notarize docs.

ATM was easy to access, in an air conditioned room, and had a shelf next to it to hold your stuff while you transact!

What a terrible representation of a wells fargo branch! Staff was extremely unprofessional, the male teller seemed new and one of the female senior advisors standing behind him was asking personal questions and was extremely condescending and rude. Will never give any business to this location!

A few years ago, one of the representatives at the branch opened a line of credit when she claimed she was only going to be running a credit check.

This was my primary branch in Princeton, and I will not miss it. Oh, the hassles I had here. One time, the door fell off my safe deposit box (!). They made me stay there for an hour--missing a dentist appointment--because there was a "legal need" to complete paperwork around this malfunction. (Whose legal need--theirs or mine? They wouldn't say.) When I went to add my wife to the account, they took hours to complete the paperwork, and wouldn't let us leave. They kept saying, "just a few more minutes." Their heart always seemed to be in the right place, but it just seemed like the back-end was a mess. I have not run into the same kinds of issues at my new local branch. Yet.
