The Warby Parker Palmer Square location provided me a thorough eye exam and a friendly, helpful experience while shopping for my new glasses. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and helped almost immediately after being told: "We'll be right with you". I will be returning yearly instead of getting an eye exam every few years after breaking my glasses. And I will only order my glasses online if I just want additional pairs.

I dread shopping for glasses . I decided to try Warby Parker and was pleasantly surprised. My sales associate was pleasant and helpful and in a half hour i picked out three pairs of glasses. Assuming the delivery of the glasses goes as well as the purchase, i will definitely return to Warby Parker.

Had a great experience in Warby Parker today in Princeton NJ. I got exactly what I wanted, for half the cost of glasses at my eye doctors office. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. I highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful in choosing my new glasses. The prescription was wrong, and the optician took the time to write his findings down for my eye doctor. A new prescription was obtained, and the glasses were promptly made.

Came in here for my first eye exam ever after not being able to see my computer at work for quite some time. I got an eye exam which was fine, but the best part of the whole experience was the help Jason gave me while I was there. He quickly greeted me and suggest I browse glasses so I had a head start after my exam. When I finished up the exam, he walked me through what to expect with my first pair of glasses, and was so patient and helpful with picking out a pair. He provided suggestions and feedback as I requested, and made me leave with a big smile on my face excited for my glasses to come. They came and look and feel great and I am so happy to see clearly again!
