The guys at Princeton VW took a great care of myself and my Alltrack when I dropped in with a couple of stripped lug nuts and a stuck wheel. Mike and Jeremy went above and beyond making sure that everything was done quickly and smoothly. Guys like that is the reason people can go to a car dealer with any problem or an issue and expect a great service. Thank you again Mike and Jeremy, I appreciate your help!

The sales consultant, Henry Chung, took a great deal of time to explain the operation of the car as it was our first time owning an electric vehicle. The General Sales Manager, Matthew Rucko, listened to our priorities and was able to offer a leasing agreement that met our needs without a hassle. The entire dealership showed a great deal of professionalism.

Jonathan Chan is great at what he does. I recently got my wife a Volkswagen Jetta Sport. We spoke on the phone for a few minutes, he listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. He gave me a payment over the phone and there were no surprises when we went to sign at the dealer. Delivery of the vehicle was smooth and Excellent service!

The best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. My Volkswagen needed an emergency fix and both Mike and Jeremy were not only understanding but they provided 12/10 customer service. They were able to squeeze my car even though they were very busy and I couldn’t be more appreciative!!Thank you to everyone who works there!

Unpleasant experience scheduling service for recalls after few attempts. You would expect better service when you purchase car from the dealership, however, service mangers are unable deliver on customer request after 4-5 months of wait. Glad that Reydel VW in Edison was able to accommodate service appointment within one attempt.

I leased my ID.4 today with help from Krishna. It was an awesome experience. I never felt pushed and dealt with warmly at every stage of the transaction. I got a great deal and whole transaction was done in less then 2 hours.

I'm incredibly happy with my new car and overall had a good experience in the buying process. Alan was a good salesman and was helpful with my questions.A few minor tweaks would've made this a perfect experience.-Once my vehicle decision was made, the buying process was very long and drawn out...moreso than my previous buying experiences.-The wireless charging port isn't working properly in my Atlas so I'll be returning to the dealership to get it fixed.-The dealerships unwillingness to budge on any aspect of negotiation made me leave feeling like I got ripped off. I didn't get any more off the price of the vehicle, no more for my trade-in, no added features or services...nothing.

I had a scheduled drop off of my VW Tiguan on 10/31/2022 for a warranty fix of the seat back lining which kept falling off almost since purchase. The dealer had ordered parts for it and I received multiple calls stating that it is ready and asking me to come in. I also had other issues including travel assist not available error and issues with acceleration. I took a day off work, arranged a rental car for the day and dropped off the vehicle at 9:35 am. I texted the dealer rep around 1:30 pm asking for the status as I noticed through the VW app that my car was not taken in for repair. I called at 3:30 pm and at this time I was told they will not be able to do the work as the tech who is supposed to do the work is not available. I was absolutely flabbergasted. I wasted my time and money because of their incompetence with scheduling. When I went to pick my vehicle, I was promised that I would get a call by 11/2/2023 with a loaner vehicle arranged to come in again. No calls from the dealer until now.

I have nothing but great things to say about VW Princeton. We have gotten 2 cars through them and it has been an extremely enjoyable and thorough process. Reza is fantastic and will go out of his way to help you. Krishna is a wonderful and detailed sales person. Matt is wonderful too. Everyone here gets to know their customers, have your interests at heart and will do everything in their power to make your experience enjoyable.

I walked into Volkswagen Princeton exploring the EV vehicles. I was greeted by Krishna. He walked me through the available models and explained features of each model in detail .He gave enough time to me for making a decision . Once I decided to buy , he has taken care of every thing related to finance, title , onboarding/setup my new VW etc . All I did is just signed some papers and picked my car. A very wonderful , pleasant , excellent customer experience here. Thanks Krishna

The experience with the test drive and sales person - Henry was great BUT waiting 2 hours to sign a contract almost killed the deal and then knowing that it was another 1400 for extra insurance. Wish that was more transparent during the process. Also during the signing wasn't given much time to review the contract, felt rushed. I feel to save time why not send the contract prior. Didn't enjoy experience of signing papers in the office.I did shop around and they did come in at the best price. I will buy from them again only if they improve the signing process.

Been in three times in a month to fix check engine light and spent almost $2k at this point on a 'certified pre-owned' 2018 Audi Q5 from the Princeton dealership. Found a different problem the second time I brought it in that was completely different and unrelated to the first one that did not get previously diagnosed, then was informed that I needed to drive my car 50-100 miles to get the emissions out of 'test mode' so that it would pass inspection. Drove almost 1000 miles and brought in car to get inspected and it failed as it was still in 'test mode'. I was told that I did not drive the car correctly to get it out of 'test mode' and needed to bring it in and pay an additional $200 to get out of test mode.Overall I have spent about $2k and spent 10+ hours trying to make my car with ~60K miles able to pass a routine inspection, and it is still not resolved.

Took the car in for an alignment after hitting a bad pothole. 3 working days later, despite my instructions of "take care of the alignment first", all they had done was generate a ridiculous $9000 quote, which included:Front brakes that did not need replacingBattery that did not need replacementOil leak that wasn't leaking.VW Princeton are dishonest. I will never ever go there again.

My car repair was an emergency situation. I walked into the service department and was greeted by Daniel. He was very helpful and explained everything to me. They were able to fix my car even though they had a busy schedule and checked to find out that the repair was under warranty. I waited the 3 hours for the repair and topped off the visit with a car wash. I was so relieved that they were able to take care of my car and get me back on the road. Excellent staff and service.
