Check everything when you bought a car. Because after sale customer satisfaction is low. I have never checked the spare tire set for 2 years because I don’t need it. When I need it I saw that the wheel lock key was missing. I called them and they told me that they made pre check before sale so they can’t accept the missing part. I have to pay.
The issue was not the money . It is maybe 20 dolar things. I can buy new one easily.The issue is the situation they put me in. You can’t change the spare tire without it and it can put you a bad situation in the middle of the night. And still asking for the money. Check every details of the car while buying it.
