I so enjoyed me and my two sons visit today. From the start it was a great experience. We walked in and were greeted with friendly conversation. The staff is super friendly, helpful and kind. The doctor is awesome and understanding also. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and comfort this location has. I loved that I didn’t feel rushed and received attention to our time there. I want to thank everyone again for the outstanding service today (5/21/24). You all were amazing and appreciated. Can’t wait to come back to pick up our glasses. This is definitely a place to come for a great eye care visit.

Great service and very efficient, they were very thorough and concerned with my eyes and vision and I appreciate they fact that the doctor and assistant took their time to explain everything throughout the whole process.

Very good customer service at Nassau park boulevard store in Princeton - they guy tending me was courteous in letting me know approx time I would need to wait in the store as there were people ahead. He was patient with me as I flipped the frame I chose quite a few times - he explained the pros and cons of each frame diligently

I go out of my way to make an appointment, take time off of work, and when I show up on time and the employee says yeah that's not going to happen today. They didn't call me before the appointment to reschedule, they didn't do anything to let me know, they just said when I showed up that they can't do the appointment. They are always rude to people too. No explanation, just trying to get me to reschedule. I don't have PTO time to burn just for them to not hold up their end of the appointment.

Worst customer service. Their store phone number will never connect with them directly, it goes to general customer service the then you will be told that the store persons will call you back. You will never get a call back again. They keep calling us for appointments unnecessarily, we had visit with an appointment 3 times to just order the contacts for my daughter who has been wearing contacts before too. Too much wait time as well at the store and they don't even care greeting the customer and asking to wait.

Response (During pre-examination machines for R X and for any disease occurring), a "B". Next,
Dr Kim O D., exam really professional, great; with very good explanation.
Finally, SOLUTIONS mgmt by Sateara prior to exiting. I have ordered high-quality prescription TraNSITION's. (May be over the top on the quality I need; however, did not want to cut any corners on my driving/ vision correction.
She's very non-pushy, surrounding your decisions and expenditure. A-grade!! , all of her patient treatment . Then
final product received (classy glass'ies) : c/o Ramón, this time, what a super job and effort.

Yeah, you might experience a long wait time, but chances are that’s because the doctor is patiently answering all of the patient before you, questions and concerns. She takes her time with patients and listens. Can’t express how great and patient the guy store manager was. Super kind and helpful.
