I have dealt with them for years. They have been extremely helpful with parts for my Elise and as well as my Evora. I've never once had anything but a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work.

I have no experience with this dealership, was only trying to place a deposit on an Emira, and Lotus corporate referred me here. Didn't even get that far as I noted the below comment, from the owner, in response to another review:"Is that what you heard, "xxxxx"? Well, "xxxxx", that's a bald-faced lie. There are never any hidden fees. Ever. But, I heard that "xxxxx" got a "D" in 6th grade gym class... ...as long as we're trashing things about which we know nothing."While the original reviewer may have incorrectly accused the dealer of adding fees, this response from the company is childish and borders on fat shaming (I removed the original poster's identifying information). I felt compelled to write this as:A) I will be purchasing and Emira, just not from hereB) The sole reason for this decision is related to the above commentC) I hope that in creating this review that it can influence this establishment to change their outlook on how to respond to rouge accusations from individuals on Google. Frankly, the original poster is owed an apology despite the validity of their original comment being in question.

I heard they are adding additional hidden fees. May want to consider another dealership.
