Horrible customer service at this location. Despite slow traffic they consistently fail to take off security tags. The service is slow and the manager on the floor has an attitude. After 3 frustrating experiences here, I finally decided to complain to only get response that "they work minimum wage and that I SHOULD pay more attention" LOL. Honestly, this is the kind of store that will turn any $40 dollar t-shirt purchase into a nightmare.

Bad experience: I noticed it had multiple stains all over that looked like bronzer. I notified a worker, but they told me just to leave it on the table for customers. I found that weird that they wouldn’t put it in the back. I dismissed it and thought maybe I could try to get the stains out myself. I asked one of the workers if they would discount it since it was ruined. They said no. I didn’t see a ruined top being worth $30. I just hope it gets sent to the manufacturer and not tossed out in the landfill ?

Bought five hundred dollars in clothes, but I guess I'm too much of a POS to use their bathroom. I was told... "Your best bet is to use the Starbucks across the street." Great clothes, though.

My daughter drove 30min, reached at 5:55p and was in line for returns. Doors were open, people in store and she was in line. Lady at the counter said, come tomorrow at 10am as we are closed. They are entitled to honor people in line and in store. Never ordering from this store, where they don't care for customers. No wonder, stores go out of business. What if she was in line to purchase? Not cool.

Warning if they give you a defective product you will have to pay out of pocket to return the item!! Purchased furniture was missing parts. Extremely difficult return process. Forced to pay almost $50 additional for new packaging and shipping for the item to be returned.

I did a curb side pick up and was given a defected item. I got a jumpsuit and the whole thing was black with skid makes all over the bottom half. Very noticeable. Takes 3 seconds to look at a product before giving it to a paying customer. Be better, urban. Very disappointed. Stuff there is expensive. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning the item.
