Most of the time the staff is rude or simply ignores you. Dropped off a package today that clearly said fragile. As soon as it was scanned, it was thrown into a box by the manager. No care at all.

Ivan and Sweta were extremely helpful and redeeming a very important package for me. It seem to have been lost in the system, but due to their help and guidance through the process a week later I received the package. I am so grateful to them for their profession and expertise. If you want personal service and care, please go to this UPS store in Princeton, and they will give you everything they have to help you. Well done, From a grateful customer.

Rude staff and a rip off. They wanted to charge me $85 just to box up a guitar for shipping. I instead went to Fed Ex in Nassau Park and they packed, shipped and provided $500 of insurance ALL for $87!! Crazy. Avoid this store and go to Fed Ex for much better service

She has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with my shipments. Sweta's warm and friendly demeanor made every interaction a pleasant experience.

I rarely share reviews online, but I would avoid this location at all costs. The staff barely acknowledge customers upon entering, is rude, and the prices are absurdly high with every opportunity taken to rip off customers. To print one page, it’s $3.5 just to open the file then a cost per page. If I wanted to have a second file (one page) then it would be an additional $1 just to open the file on the computer, click print and that’s before the cost of printing - so to print two one-page shipping labels, it costs over $5. Then, a box for a small item was almost $5, which is okay - but purchasing this box does not even include taping it shut. Which should be a basic courtesy of a shipping place (and has been, within reason of course, at other shipping locations I have visited, including in university towns) and at the very least included with the cost of a box. Instead, I was charged ~$3.00 for “packing and taping” which meant literally placing an item in a box and taping it shut. So before even the cost of shipping, I would be charged almost $13 for a small box taped shut and printing a shipping label. Avoid this place and support another location with better practices!

Fun fact, each UPS store can set its own pricing for a number services they provide, meaning you can be nickle and dimed $3.5 for them to open a PDF of a label (excluding the printing, which is extra). You'll get price gouged on other services too. I've been to other UPS stores, and this isn't typical practice. Go support your nearest USPS instead of a business taking advantage of their customers.
