Shoutout to Cori in the salon! This is my hair post an 12 hour work shift and my hair was pulled back in an high pony! This pic is over 48 hours after my wash/blowout appt, Can’t beat that! The salon is gorgeous and everyone is super nice! The 2 salon check out coordinators were also very helpful and friendly!

Love the displays, they were all full and clean. There were a good amount of staff on the floor, but if the store isn’t super busy you might have to go to the front to get help if you need it. I enjoyed shopping here and would come back again

Had an amazing facial with Cindyann loved every second she was very attentive to all my allergies and took them seriously making sure the ingredients in the products were ok for me to use I’m so grateful I found her can not wait for my next appointment

I just wanted to take the time and write here about my recent experience at Ulta. I have been coming here for a while. There products are always great, and so is the customer service. The other day. I had a new representative named Shavon. Not only was Shavon so delightful, she is also was very knowledgeable about the products. She was very caring and considerate to my special circumstances as well.
So thank you again to Ulta for a great experience in this store. 👍 And a big thank you to Shavon for all her patience and excellent customer service 👍

Nathalis is absolutely incredible. Right away I was drawn to her personality and the transformation that she gave my hair is impressive. I left feeling heard and in love with my more vibrant red hair. And as always, Madison is the go-to for your waxing needs.

I had an extremely disappointing experience today due to the poor customer service provided by a cashier named Gabriella. From the moment I greeted her, she was noticeably rude and indifferent. I was processing a return and was informed by Gabriella that I would receive a store credit that could only be used at that specific location. However, the item I wanted to purchase was out of stock. When I asked if I could receive a regular gift card to place an online order for the item, she stated that it was against company policy and made no effort to offer an alternative solution. This was surprising, as I have returned items in the past without encountering such a restriction.
Gabriella’s lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist customers suggest that she may not be suited for a customer-facing role. Fortunately, Marinez Rivera, who overheard the situation, stepped in and provided a helpful solution. She suggested that I use the store credit to purchase a standard Ulta gift card, which could then be used at other locations and online—allowing me to order the out-of-stock item.
I am grateful for Marinez’s professionalism and willingness to assist, as her approach turned an otherwise frustrating experience into a positive one. I hope that Ulta ensures all employees receive consistent training so that customers receive accurate information and better service in the future. Thank you, Marinez, for your outstanding customer support!

It was my first time ever. I never wear makeup, but if you get lucky enough to live long enough, ya might end up here like me.
I was looking for some skin care and to even out my pigmentation.
First, let me say they don't overwhelm you with seeing if you need help. Which is good. My panick was setting in from all the beauty products, and I was helped by an angel.
Beauty is expensive. Every person who looks to take care of ones looks knows this in the end. But it's worth it.
Every employee I encountered was wonderful. They also have a beauty area for full makeup ... I know where to go if I ever need to be all done up! I believe it's by appointment, but I only went there today for the first time. I plan on going back they sell Hempz product line and so much more!

The first time I went there I asked for help finding and item and the employee who helped me looked at me with disgust when I showed her the product I wanted. It was just a facial cleanser that I like that I uses to get somewhere else but isn't carried there anymore. I've been back a few times since and all the other interactions I've had were pleasant, which is why it's not a lower review.

The service in this store is terrible.
I don’t live around here, but placed a curbside order as I was shopping at other stores in the plaza. I went in to see if my order was ready, and the cashier was less than willing to help me. Saying she had 30 orders and no way to check if it was done. I told her I’d have to just cancel my order and she could care less that they would be losing the business.
I get back in my car, get maybe 3 stores away, and I get a text my order is ready.
I am now sitting at curbside pickup going on 15 minutes with no employee in sight. I called and have been on hold.
I will NEVER be back!
