Tyler and his team were phenomenal throughout the whole experience!I was working with another lender that wasn’t being upfront with his figures and/or any of my questions. My lawyer suggested Tyler and after that the whole process went so smoothly. He managed to increase my credit score and get me a better rate all while keeping my closing date the same day as his team does their own underwriting. He gave me endless options, with detailed and easy spreadsheets to read, unlike my other lender. Tyler and his team were always available and received answers to any questions in a timely manner changing my whole experience of buying a house. I would recommend him to everyone I know! He is personable and professional dealing with his customers and a true expert in his field!

Tyler and his team were fantastic to work with throughout our entire home buying process. As first-time home buyers we had a lot of questions and concepts to cover in the lending process, but Tyler made sure we understood absolutely everything relevant to our mortgage. Tyler was happy to provide as much detail as we could ask for, with detailed spreadsheets and illustrations to help us weigh our options and give us all the information we needed to find the best lending plan for us.
