If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible experience here . Manager Jack - rude ! As mentioned plenty times in the comments. Reached out to guest service about his management and the response was very vague . I won’t be returning to this location .

Poor Customer/ Guest Service at the desk and non-existent Guest Service via phone - why list a phone number with extension if no one EVER picks up the phone.

Managers are very rude. I was being followed by manager and security when I was purchasing cat food with my wife and family . I was so embarrassed, I explained that I was shopping and was told that I was taking to people when I was not . Even after I said I was shopping I was still followed by manager and security. They should be fired . Instead of security stopping shop lifters , they stop shoppers who spend hard earned money. Thanks a lot!

The store can get quite hectic during peak hours, making it challenging to navigate. However, it would greatly benefit from the addition of self-checkout stations. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the behavior of the management leaves something to be desired. Despite this, the store boasts a vast selection of items, making it an ideal destination for those who enjoy browsing. The fresh produce section is well-stocked and the Starbucks conveniently located at the entrance is a nice touch. In addition, there is ample parking available in the front of the store, making it easy to come and go.

Jack the “manager” and Kendall were very rude! Very dismissive and Kendall told me to “fetch” my order for the items I needed replaced. They should not be at any ones customer service counter because they acted terribly.

I like shopping and enjoy discount prices but sometimes the super well known stores, where there are three or more within a 5 mile radius, if you know what I mean, it’s worth it for me to drive a bit further to Target. Maybe it’s the bright lights, the well-stocked shelves, the colorful clothing lines, the fashionable home decor… the fact that Target carries my baking supplies at reasonable prices, whatever the reason, I love shopping there in-store and online.

I was disappointed, when I ordered on line n couldn't have them put my stuff in the car , since I am handicapped. Plus they only gave me one day to pick it up. It would be nice if I knew before I ordered . Usually it would be a 5 star.

There is a concerted effort by cashiers at this Target to refuse to bag items at checkout under the guise of COVID precautions. Management supports this behavior and refuses to help families with large orders of $500 plus.This unfortunately has been my experience at this Target in Princeton, NJ, not once, not thrice, but EVERY TIME.It is a shame, Target, that you've spent so much on marketing to moms to get us to shop in your stores, only to fail to close the deal with poor customer service at the register. The message I received from your staff at the 500 Nassau Park Boulevard Target is loud and clear. I will be taking the $14,000 I spent at your store this past year and budgeting it towards another retailer that welcomes my business.

Update: management has made it clear they have no interest to accomodate my family. After escalating at customer service (which was supportive) then management it was a very harsh “go somewhere else” message. We need help at the cash register to bag our items with a baby but any mention of bagging support is ignored by staff and management! So, why do i need a person to check out if they do not help?? Just give me a large space at chechout so i can just scan my items into my bags!! Rest of store is great but the manager has made it clear that they do NOT care so my family will NEVER set foot in this store again because of undefined cashier policy and no support or help at the register!! Very rogue store, i hope, but i see now why Costco is so popular. This store just makes it clear they dont care or need our business. OK! Goodbye! ?Target items and pricing is great but checkout has become a nightmare! I always come with a full ($450+) cart for full family shopping. Yet every representative avoids me like the plague. They even turn off their isle if they see me coming with a full cart…… They never help pack my bags anymore the belt is always too small to hold my items and i have to literally put items on the floor and suffer to check out every time. The few helpful associates do not stay long it seems. The rest make up excuses to say “we only help pack bags that are purchased from target” or “i am trying to move things along so cant help you pack your bags”. Back to the grocery stores for me unless service improves.

I went to another Target in Pennsylvania and they told me that my gift card did not have my refund amount on it. I did the refund at the Princeton target store. I called the Princeton store probably about 100 times in multiple departments and nobody answered the phone! I then called again 2 hours later and same thing. What is the point of having a phone if it is not answered. I ended up solving my problem without their help. (It made things very inconvenient and hours of unnecessary time) I will not be returning!

At self checkout today around 2:40pm went up to a register and tried to use it but it did not respond. We asked the employee for help and she angrily came over and snapped "It works! You have to scan the item first. See!" then she took a scanner and scanned our item and stomped off. It was horrible because there were other customers having problems and she nicely helped them. I noticed we were the only POC and LGBTQ. She polite to white customers. Honestly shopped at other Targets in other locations and this was the rudest employee.

Ok I was making 2 separate returns on back to back trips maybe 30 minutes apart I’m preparing for a wedding bar & my 2nd return one item wasn’t on my receipt they kept it instead of giving me store credit & assumed I just didn’t ring it up instead of issuing store credit . I felt like they were accusing me of stealing I was very upset I won’t be returning to this store

I love ❤️ Target..my go to store for almost any and everything...its one of those places you just get excited about as soon as you pull in the parking lot!
