Visited yesterday because when you call the # listed on Google, you will reach the company in Staten Island & they really can’t help you find a stylist & will refer you to the website which is very confusing. So I visited this location, but there is no receptionist in the entrance. It is a maze of booth that are rented by individual stylist. I peeked into the break room & asked a question of the only stylist in the room. She was lovely enough to walk me back to the entrance & showed me how to scan the QR code on the screen to bring up the stylists at this location. Then you have to read each one”s bio to find out if they provide the service you desire. Some did not complete their bio. This was so time consuming to read about 25 stylist bio to find a match. There has got to be a better way. Also, you have to leave a non refundable deposit to book an appt.if you cancel within a certain time period. Needless to say I will not be patronizing this establishment. It just seemed everyone does their own thing & no accountability.

My clients ABSOLUTELY love this facility! The decor is beautiful, modern, and Clean!… I have a suite here called Haven Hair co. For 2.5 years now. Sola gave me an opportunity to innovate, GROW and EVOLVE! My business grew tremendously here. Sola gave me the freedom to BRAND my work, as well as create a business out of it. I went from 120 clients to 630 in less than 2 years! I got to see what it’s really like to own a business, market it, make it my brand, without having the responsibility of having employees and stress. Hair Boutique by Alexa, she is amazing. One of the few that know how to cut curly hair. Friendly, personable and very reasonable. Knows how to do color, foils, highlights, etc. I travel 1 hour just to get a cut.
