Received blouse that was not cut to stated dimensions,returned it the same way I received,folded,tissue paper,placed in original packing. I was charged $15 restock fee,that in addition to $6s&h ,$12 both ways.So it cost me $27 for the opportunity to try on an inferior product.I should have read the reviews before ordering.Customer service is non existent.SAVE Your money,buy elsewhere.

Do not order from this company. The quality of the silk is very poor, which matches keenly to the quality of the customer service they provide. Save your money and get your silk elsewhere.

We ordered a silk pocket square and needed quick delivery. It arrived right on time and is beautiful! We are very pleased with the customer service and the quality. Would definitely shop at Royal Silk again.

My royal silk boxers were rough and not silly upon delivery. $56 silk boxers felt like thin wool. I shipped the boxers back for a refund in the summer around June/July 2022. I never heard anything. Followed up in August by phone after emails went unanswered. Spoke to a gentlemen who would investigate. Never heard back. Followed up by phone and email in October 2022. They refused the refund because boxers were worn. I have never worn the product. I have no idea what happened to the product during those months it was missing after it was confirmed delivered to their "Agent" at their warehouse. I spoke to the gentlemen again and he claims he will investigate again. I doubt I will hear back or see my $56 again and I am out a pair of "worn" rough silk boxers.

Won't respond to multiple phone calls or emails, and wont' verify that an item has been returned. All I want is my refund and some customer service.

Poor quality. It’s not that soft smooth silk that feels great against your skin it feels cheap and scratchy. Also had no customer service response to my dissatisfaction. Regrets.

I've been wearing Royal silk boxers and ties for over 10 years. The quality of their goods is excellent, and their customer service is outstanding. I will continue shopping there, and I highly recommend trying their fine clothing.

I d give my boxers 0 stars. The aboslute worst product i have EVER purchased. All 4 pairs fell apart no later than 4 wearings. And i followed All cleaning instructions. Just pathetic Can buy better boxers at WalMart
