I was checking out at our north Harrison St. Walgreens; (have not shopped there since then, last fall).Part of the total bill at checkout was something which had to be returned. The cashier, they didn't particularly like that, so, annoyed, took us including the paying customer, into a quibble. of sorts ; an argument. That has meant the end of going to Walgreens here in town.

Absolutely horrible Pharmacy operation. The new location is nicer than the old one, but it seems like the level of service in the pharmacy has deteriorated. My kids go to the pediatrician nearby. I always have to go in when they get scripts called in just to make sure they are working on it, which then takes 20-30 mins to fill every time. Today, they actually picked up the phone and I was told an hour. Two hours later, it's not ready and I am sitting here waiting. Doesn't seem difficult to mix amoxicillin.

After waiting 45 minutes to pick up a prescription, I still don’t have it. Suggest you go somewhere else

Horrible service… had to go three times after I received a text that my prescription was ready and each time I went I had to come back because prescription was not ready. When I came last time I had to wait for 45 mins although the pharmacy was empty. There were two pharmacists who were doing their routine work and taking calls as if there is no one waiting to pick up their prescription. Very inefficient… not sure how no one is looking into the pharmacy’s poor service….

The customer service at this pharmacy is the worst I've ever dealt with. The workers are rude and condescending and often give out incorrect information. Several times I've been told my prescription wasn't ready for refill, when every time they were and after double or triple checking, the workers suddenly were able to refill. So many times I had to deal with combative workers who seem to enjoy making the customer's life difficult. This 301 Harrison Street Walgreens needs a complete overhaul and re-training. Deserves 0 stars !

I came to receive money in Walgreens, an affiliate of Western Union . I used this service about 30 years ago. I asked the employee to help me, as the system wasn't finding my profile. She, turning her back to me, and bending over, folding boxes, answered irritably that my questions had to be addressed to WU and then began to kick me out of the store. I objected that this was a public place. A man stood nearby, said that he was the owner and demanded that I leave the premises. I have lived in NJ for more than 30 years, 21 years in Princeton, my children went to schools, Universities, Law School in this State .I am President of HOA in my Community. Many teachers, doctors, policemen ,lawyers know me as warm and fair person. I never saw all in one such things: negative attitude towards the client, neglect, lack of professionalism, inability to listen, raised the level of tension, rudeness ,lack of customer care skills, ignorance .

The lead Pharmascist was so rude and unprofessional! He gave me a hard time about returning a prescription, even though it was evident that it was Walgreen’s mistake and not mine. I will take my business elsewhere

The service is one of the worst in the region. My wife ALWAYS has problems with her prescription. It's never their mistake, they never have the right medicine, and they always blame the doctor. In addition, we scheduled a covid vaccine a week before. They don't have access (or are lazy) to the records, they always ask for all the papers and everything is on the Walgreens app. Now, they have moved to a larger and more modern building, but I believe you can vacate the building and leave it to another business with more competent people.

Worst customer service experience ever. I spoke with two different associates and both were very rude and not helpful at all. What’s the point of a store having associates if they’re not going to help the customers?

Attempted to schedule COVID / Flu shots here. I booked through the website for a week from today and called with an insurance question. Pharmacist didn't listen to my question, informed me they had no vaccines available right now, and immediately hung up -- unbelievably rude. I'm speechless; will go back to the CVS on Harrison st instead and avoid this place like the plague.

If I could rate this store negative, I would. They screwed up my photo prints by using the wrong material and refused to reimburse me their fault. Also I observed that a shop assistant was rude to another customer who wanted to return items. The assistant said that I recognized your face and I was always helping you (return). The attitude shows that shop assistants there has no respect to their customers. Give you money to other drug store near by, not this one for sure. By the way, if you ask to speak to their managers, all the shop assistants would respond that they are all managers; what a lie and what a shame!

Worst pharmacy ever. Pharmacists are rude and act like they own Walgreens, making policies that don't exist and patronizing patients. Really rude staff and too many difficulties getting meds
