Came across this place by chance. I love Restoration Hardware and was excited to see that they have an outlet. Items are still expensive, but the outlet puts me closer to being able to afford their merchandise than if I were to shop in their full price store

This location has changed in the best way possible! Lisa and Amelia are amazing I can’t thank them enough for everything. They were so understanding and patient with me. Amelia was great with all the questions I had and really helped me with what I was looking for. So happy to have met them! You girls are the best!!

What a wonderful customer service team at RH Princeton!! We had been in the outlet a few weeks ago and saw something we liked. When I read there was a Memorial Day sale I emailed and asked if the pair of lights were part of the sale. I heard back from Lisa and Jonathan quickly by both text and email. They quickly found out the item was on sale and then recontacted me with the price. Ultimately the lights didn't work scale wise. But the customer service was beyond anything I've experienced in a loooong time. Bravo to both Lisa and Jonathan. Thank you! PS, RH in Princeton has a nice selection of furniture/accessories too.

I used LXD Logistics to pick up and deliver the table I bought from RH. The table is great and LXD Logistics gave me a fair price on the delivery and were professional throughout the process. I will choice them for all my future RH deliveries.

Probably one of the worst customer service experience I’ve had. Walked in and was not greeted. Found a rug that I wanted to purchase. Went to the front to claim it. Employee who was not doing anything chose not to help. Employee on the floor ignored me despite knowing that I wanted to purchase the rug. She instead attended to another customer on the fence about multiple rugs - including the one I wanted. Employee told me to browse the store as she attended to the other customer who was undecided. I was left waiting while she sold the rug to the other customer and failed to inform me. Wasting my time.

Staff was rude and they profile customers. Worst service. Not there to make money just pretend they are important because they stand behind a desk all day selling overpriced furniture. Better off going to Bassett

Had a really wonderful experience here! Ive been to this location a few times before and had a very average experience...Just sort of looked around on my own. But this time, I came w my mom, and we had the privilege of being helped by Mea! She was AMAZING! So kind and helpful and she really cared about helping us find great pieces at great deals. They judge you by the way you look. Came in after working out at the gym and passing by so I was dressed like I just left the gym with no jewelry and very average looking. Not one salesperson even said hello. Returned 2 days later because I fell in love with an item. Had business attire on, heels, jewelry and my hair up in a bun and they couldn’t stop chatting me up! I got the hell out of there, I shop where everyone is welcome! Never judge a book by its cover.

Came to browse for ideas for our new home. RH quality, but seems like leftovers. Prices are lower but still high in comparison. Large warehouse with lots of options.
