Internet service was working fine until February '23. I'm calling customer support every other day complaining about the internet is down, several technicians have been to my location. It's now the end of March and guess what my service still haven't been fixed yet. This is beyond ridiculous.

I am aware that RCN/Astound broadband was transitioning into a new format,however I am still trying to hold on before moving to a new provider. I don't think that a paying customer should have service abruptly denied while watching and then it was not restored until I made the call.This occurred on Feb. 27, 2023.
March 2021
Update: the RCN crew came today and kicked butt. There was some wear and tear issues with the node on the side of the house. The techs came in and and replaced the worn components and had us back up and running in no time.
