Very bad communication. The coach is good but the staffs are unresposible. Missing several classes due to they didn't send me the notification for change of location.

PTP staff and coaching is excellent. Stringer provides consistently high quality stringing at a competitive price with a personal touch.

Don't do string here. I got my racquet with new string, which is untied after a few shots. I asked for restringing, but they charged another full amount to me. It is obviously unprofessional reaction.

I love the place and I also have a good historical connection with it

The dude kept walking away. My hole tennis’s lesson was just him trying to get new client’s. Also he kept canceling and changing time with out any notice at all.

Great place for kids to learn the basics of tennis. We participated inside and outside lessons and classes. Front staff could be a bit more welcoming to new families and explain the process a bit more. Overall good experience.

Easy in/out, good facilities and great community programs. Definitely a place to exercise and learn a new sport.

Very nice indoor facility, lot's of classes to choose from, some great instructors and all at a fair cost. I've been taking group lessons here for the last 1.5 years and am enjoying myself very much.

I do not recommend this center for Junior Tournaments. Totally commercial, without any referees to oversee games. Kids are left out to make calls with almost invincible shorter boundaries. I have seen kids arguing about points and the more aggressive kid getting the point. Encourages aggressive behavior and calling incorrect calls. USTA should solicit feedback from kids who have played and take appropriate steps.

Disappointed! Enrolled my 9 year old and her skill went downward. The instructor just watches the kids play against the partner really doesn't correct or demonstrate stokes. I play tennis and I can clearly see the difference in coaching. Not sure of other instructors but disappointed with the one who is coaching my daughter.
