The women working the front desk at the Ewing office are extremely friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me when I was in pain and showed up at the wrong time for my appointment. Even though I am in pain, these caring ladies put a smile on my fave and took very good care of me!

This review is strictly based off of my experience with scheduling at the front desk. On June 10th, I was seen in the office by Dr. Meyler. He at that time had given me script for EMG testing to be done in the office. Dr. Meyler walked into the front desk area to speak with the woman scheduling the test and gave her specific instructions regarding the test. It was scheduled then for June 24th at 3:15pm at the Dunn Dr. office. I left the office with paper instructions to prepare for said test. Over the past couple weeks I have been dealing with chronic debilitating pain awaiting this nerve test. I drove an hour for this appt., I get there and I am told that I do not have an appt set for that day or time, and also told that I’m not scheduled at any future date for the testing. I spent 15 min on the phone with the office trying to figure out what went wrong. The Ewing Office was already closed and that was where I made the appt on June 10th. It took me another 2 hours to get back home. Out on the roads from 2:00pm-5:30pm, what a waste of time and fuel all to have to wait another 2 1/2 weeks to get this testing done and do this all over again. This is NOT a review of any physician in the practice, just of the horrible scheduling/front desk department. So unprofessional!

I was referred to this practice by Complete Health of Lawrenceville. I have nothing but good care from the front desk to the all the medical staff. I especially want to give a shout out to Nya the medical assistant at the Ewing office. I was in for an injection this past, and she showed me so much care during my appointment. She is kind and have a great bedside manner ?.

I have been going to PSJC since they have opened and it was only Dr. Cooper and Dr. Ana. I have had multiple issues and are very pleased with treatments. I have also seen many of the other doctors in the current practice and they are all very helpful, professional and courteous. I highly recommend PSJC to anyone looking for some relief of pain.

Edit: I am updating my review from 1 to 4 stars. I went back to see Dr. Funiciello after speaking with him on the phone. He was very apologetic and sincere. He gave me wonderful care over the course of my treatment and has very good bedside manner. He used every modality available to him to help with my pain and offered referrals when I was not getting sustained relief.
His assistants and other front office staff were very friendly and accommodating to my schedule.
Previous Review: I saw Dr. Funiciello and he was nice enough. I made a follow-up appointment and when I called today to see if I could be seen sooner since I am still in a lot of pain with difficulty walking and I'm unable to sleep. The staff was at lunch so I left a message, recording stated that I would receive a call back shortly. After an hour I called back the receptionist was less than caring when I explained what was going on and told me that the Dr would return my phone call after business hours and he had no openings today. It is 11 pm and I have received no phone call. I will be going to another Dr for my care and be informing my referring Dr of this incident.
