After a long day of traveling, we arrived at our original hotel down the street only to find they had oversold and had no rooms left. I called Marriott at Forrestal Village and they were so accommodating. Aaron at the front desk was kind and got us into a lovely room. When we're back in the area this property will be our top choice.
Rooms: The room was clean and comfortable. It is not as updated as some Marriott properties but still fits the bill as a place to sleep at the end of a long day of traveling.
Safety: The hotel is in an isolated, safe location. I felt comfortable parking our car at night.

The food at the Iron & Ivy restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed catered luncheons for our business functions and the food selections, appearance and taste were outstanding! The wait staff was very attentive, as well!!

Lovely location, great staff. The rooms are dated, could use a technology refresh, and the showers leak all over the floor.

Hotel layout is a little weird but not in a bad way. I had a room which was far from the elevator. You could hear the traffic or conversations in the hall but wasn't terrible. Hotel had tons of amenities. Pool, game room, spa, outside patios, restaurant and bar. Self parking g was a little farther than you would like but there was plenty of room.
Rooms: The rooms have been done over seems like recently. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and such in the bathroom. Shower had good pressure.

Great place to stay for a night! We stopped in Princeton on the way north and it was a nice quiet place to sleep for the night. Very friendly service and clean rooms! We also enjoyed swimming in the pool just wished they had a hot tub! We also really enjoyed the room service from the restaurant downstairs. Great for a late night snack!

Nice property , beautiful location, my only complaint would be that the rooms are not updated , the carpet needs to be changed and air conditioning has to improve !!

While the actual rooms at this Marriott are nice enough with good mattresses, my stay was absolutely terrible. I booked a room for a wedding and when I went to check in the hotel had been overbooked. As a result they put me in a “parlour” room which was some sort of suite with a Murphy bed and a terrible mattress. But this real issue is that it was connected to the ice machine room abs an extremely loud noise would occur ever few minutes making it unsleepable and I was unable to switch rooms and had to ask a friend to bunk in their room.
I have contacted Marriott several times for a refund. They offered to take $100 off my bill when I asked for a refund. But ended up overcharging me for the room and have only taken $50 off.
Really disappointed with this experience.

We checked in at 3 a.m. on June 9th. The clerk misled us into choosing two double rooms instead of a quadruple room, so we paid double the price. They kept insisting that the price was the same. We checked out after confirming the price many times, only to find that the price was double. The room smelled a bit like smoke,and there was no water heater inside the room. In addition, I had to check out at 11 o'clock in the morning, and the cleaning staff barged into the room at 10 o'clock, which made people feel very scared.

Beautiful hotel in a private location surrounded by woods, but close and convenient to many restaurants, shops and businesses. Hotel is very quiet--great for actually being able to sleep at night. The gym has been upgraded since the last time I was here--several new pieces of equipment, including some cardio equipment (that I did not take pictures of). Excellent hotel overall.
