I bought a membership and never got to use it. So I want to cancel. But there is no option to cancel the membership online or delete my credit card information. I emailed them 2-3 times but never heard back. Than I still got charged for the following month. So I had to call so many times to finally speak to the director to get a refund. Such a waste of time. A very negligent and irresponsive organization. Never ever buying a membership here.

7 Weeks of Camp turned into a Darn Nightmare! My child has been apart of this community for the past 8 years. We will not be coming back next year. Just know, we will not be the last to express our concerns. There were a group of Eight kids were targeted during the 7 weeks of camp. By the second week, the kids wanted to quit, not knowing why, myself and another parent decided to call the Branch Executive Director - Keshon Bennett to discuss what happened, 10 mins into the conversation, Keshon mentioned, something was a safety concern, we asked if he could explain, exactly what was the safety concern. Keshon, responded by telling us "he did not have to explain himself to us" "he did not have to call us back" " he's doing this out of courtesy" and "he's not going to stay on the phone explaining himself to us". He wanted to eliminate the program all together. He should charge the CIT because other CIT programs charges a fee. I will not tolerate anyone to talk to me that way. You will respect me by all means. After all this, our kids were targeted. Week 7/10 - 7/14. CIT were asked not to return, so the staff could restructure the program. Staff members needed a pause because a CIT and someone were caught doing inappropriate things on camera and everyone got in trouble. Change is good, but you cannot change a program without having a clear direction of the end result. You should not fault others for someone else behavior. We had a meeting with Ben Green District VP of Operations and Darnell Hayes Senior V.P. & Chief Operations Officer. Titles mean ABSOLUTELY nothing. Ben asked for a restart on our part, we did our part but they did not do there's. We asked that the kids get an apology, that was never done. I guess Keshon, did not thing he did anything wrong. Our kids were blamed for things they had nothing to do with, our kids were lied on, being watched like hawks, threatened to be kicked out multiple times. My daughter is in the 11th grade and a new rule she could not go to the bathroom alone, because of a safety concern. If rules are going to be implemented, fine. In order for it not to look suspicious, do it for the whole establishment, not just for camp. The kids were told, they could not hug their Friends front to font, but if you look on the website under Our Community, there's a staff member hugging someone front to front, The kids could not go into the shed unsupervised, only on Barbecue days because it benefited staff members not doing the walking back and forth caring things. The CIT programs should be a program, to teach the kids how to become an effective counselor, to make kids summer memorable. Week 4&5 I witnessed kids coming out of swim area alone, I witnessed kids playing in the gym without another staff member. If its a safety concern, then everyone must follow the same rules, not just the kids you have a problem with because the parents will not allow you to disrespect them. Every week, there was a new rule that they needed to follow. They forced us out, I would have stayed and made it work but my Child mental health is more important than showing a bunch of men, I am here and Not going anywhere. Chelsea lied on a camper and a staff member I will not go into details, but Keshon and Chelsea knew it was a lie, he told her to handle it. Keshon, have strong women issues, his problem not mine. If you are not part of the Men's club, beware!! #yourwordmeanseverything #StrongWomenPower #RESPECT #NOTMYKIDS

I love the overall experience a child feels here. It reminds me of when I was a child. Where it was just outside and heat! Playing outside, doing crafts outside, only thing different is we swam outside! Just reminds me of camp and how it should be for a kid to be a kid!

I want to commend Suzette in the gym there. I am working with her on personal training and she puts a great program together each time and gets me doing more than I could ever on my own. The gym has really improved with new equipment.

The local Y has been providing services for single parents like myself for decades, I went to their sports camp as a child, my son continues to go to camps. They offer a lot of options. they also offer basketball and judo for the little ones. I asked that members of the community support this place as much as possible we need it. they have such a great and caring staff.

The gym water machine is infested with these critters. You will always see 3-6 roaming it.

We’ve been members of the Princeton Y for about 3 years. We have taken advantage of swimming and basketball lessons, after school programming, and summer camps. The availability and assistance that the Y has provided since afforded our family the opportunity to participate in several activities in one location. A parent’s dream, no running around the world to different places.

Staff are friendly enough but terrible organization in general. Once you begin an online membership there is literally no button/process to cancel your membership online, effectively leaving you trapped in a situation where you have to call or go in to a club in person during the week to cancel. Programs fill up immediately and no email reminders are sent prior to registration. Even if you consult the site daily, registration times are prone to change. I would also add that instructors, while friendly, are young and not particularly engaged in the activities they’re doing (from my experience). It’s called skimpflation folks. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and sometimes you get less than what you pay for.
