Very poor communications and service for simple battery exchange. Waited nearly 2 1/2 hours for task to be done, at a price that would demand stellar service.
It took nearly 90 minutes to produce an estimate - which for a conponent swap should be a given standard. Same for checking inventory - job was scheduled in advance and my VIN was known as I bought vehicle - and serviced it there.40 minutes to write up bill after car was done and parked out front. Terrible efficiency.
Service rep was indifferent and did not rrspond with any time constraints when I gave a hard time limit to wait when I arrived at a scheduled time (2 hours available)
Worse was arguing with me as I attempted to expedite the closure.
I may lower rating based on response to email to service manager. Had another incident of poor and oversold service 3 years ago at same facility - sent email and voice mail to manager - with no response at all. This time will determine if I ever return for any reason.

Great experience with an oil change at Princeton Audi service center. Tam was wonderful and went above and beyond to fit me in and explain the multi-point inspection!

We had an outstanding experience with Mr. Greg Sconzo’s customer service. From start to finish, Greg was incredibly nice and treated us with the utmost respect, despite the fact that we were purchasing a secondhand vehicle that wasn’t even an Audi. He went above and beyond by following up with us, showing us informative videos, and making sure we felt well taken care of every step of the way. Greg’s kindness and genuine approach left no room for doubt—there was no hidden agenda, just pure professionalism and care. His people skills are evident in everything he does, and we truly appreciated the way he made us feel valued. We also met Greg’s colleagues, Colin - Service Tech & Jade - Finance Manager who provided excellent customer service as well.

I brought my Q5 in for emergency repairs after a rodent chewed the wires! Tam stayed in close contact with me throughout the claims and repair process and was responsive to all my texts and comments. I appreciated his help and sense of humor!
