Store was filthy and disorganized. Sofas were covered in dirt, lint and HAIR. Associates pretty much ignored me. I needed to purchase a new living room and dining room but ended up just leaving.

Very sad to see a major brand like Pottery barn treat ( rather lack of respect ) customers who walk into the store .. especially in Princeton and Bridgwater . No one really cares, discriminating and horrible customer service. They are too busy to answer questions :)
