I think it’s important to highlight the people working here too:Had to get our 3 kids (ages 9, 7, and 4 months) passports submitted (including having pictures taken here) - Keidra was super nice and patient. If you have her helping you with your passports you’re in good hands! ?”
“Thank you Kingston USPS people for wonderful service.They are very helpful and kind. Nice and organized people with a professional service. I made my passport here finally after some struggles at other locations. I recommend people to come to this location even if it’s little bit far away from where you live.”

“Great service in this post office. Been going to this post office for 20 years. I sent all of my business mail through them and the packages get to their destination quickly. One package I sent regular mail and was received in the West Coast within 2 days.”
“I visited the post office a couple of weeks ago to send some packages to a loved one overseas. It was my first time filling out customs forms, and I was nervous I wouldn't finish everything before they closed that day. Sherri assisted me up front, and she was amazing! She was incredibly patient and even stayed late to ensure everything was taken care of for me. Her kindness is truly appreciated. My loved one received everything today—mission accomplished!”
“Staff was good. No main entrance into the main tellers section. Two doors in the side to PO Boxes and then another door into the main area. They helped me tape up my box better than I did”

“I met Jai today (one of your postal workers) at my apt complex. Nicest mail person I have ever met- she guided my car so that I wouldnt accidentally hit her or her truck and she was so friendly after so I introduced myself and hope to see her again soon!Christin at the front desk is so helpful and goes above and beyond to help customers! She has been working to resolve mail delivery issues for me this week. Super friendly and hard working”
“Although I unfortunately didn't catch her name, the clerk who assisted me a few weeks ago was incredibly helpful. She was very kind when helping me understand which packaging and slips I needed. She then went above and beyond by making me aware that something was missing from my package (which was an application for something important) and helping me find a way to include it so that my application would be processed correctly. I can't thank her enough for her assistance!”
“I always have a nice experience when I come here. Sometimes the lines are long, but that can happen anywhere: grocery store, retail store, etc. Ms. Lez, she is the bomb, she goes up and beyond. Ms. Hope is great as well. They help me when I need the help.”

“I messed up my passport appointment and showed up at the wrong time, but the staff here very kindly fit me in without an appointment and processed my application. I even filled out the forms wrong and they gave me more time to correct my mistake.”

The delivery woman Shannon Rt 9 is very responsible in her job. She came to knock our office door and reminded us the mail box was full. Next day she sent full basket of those mails to us.”

“It's a local Post Office. With all the challenges and features of most that I have visited (Rocky Hill, West Windsor, Lawrence, etc.). Sometimes there is a wait, but the line seems to move reasonably well. I think they do a good job.”
