This was the absolute WORST banking exper!! I had to go to another branch to resolve my issues.. The woman who handled me was rude and highly incompetent…. I will never set foot in this place again…. The worst of the absolute worst!!!!

The nature of my schedule is that I often try to make deposits at this bank branch when they are closed. Unfortunately, both the ATM machines at this branch are finicky. Often times the inside one which I can access when they are closed will not take a portion of the bills that I have. This in itself is not that big a deal, what is a big deal is that I have told the staff multiple times of this issue and they do not address it. They act like I am crazy for voicing my concern each time. If someone at Pnc reads this, the only reason I ever come to a branch is to deposit cash. If I can’t do it, then your branch is absolutely useless. You could have five less people working there and a better machine and I’d be happy for it.

The bank manager, Samantha Frazer, acts too important to be bothered with customers, even if they are long time clients with personal and business accounts. After waiting, as they requested, I was given multiple excuses why she wouldn't be available to notarize a document, one of them being that she's all booked up for the rest of the day. I was ASKED TO LEAVE and schedule an appointment for another day. Unreal! A bank manager acting this way. I went to another bank, and viola, document notarized with a smile. I plan on closing my accounts here.

Convenient location. Terrible customer Service. Unfriendly and unwelcoming brunch manager. Outdated software without standard options you would expect from big bank. Linking accounts is difficult and time consuming. Mobil deposits have multiple limitations. Each account requires minimal balance to avoid monthly charges compared to majority other banks that look at total portfolio.Check order is overpriced and security is designed in such a way that you cannot order check from standard check printing vendors. Any other big bank has this option. It feels that this "security limitation" is designed to collect more money from customers for incidentals.

This branch is absolutely terrible. They basically tried to extort me for a check I deposited twice by accident. Both girls who helped me were virtually useless and didn’t know what they were talking about. My balance was put in the negatives of the check amount and they told me I had to pay the whole thing, even though the bank had already retracted the check. The PNC on Nassau Street fixed this problem for me effortlessly and did not try to extort me, so I will NEVER EVER be going to this branch again for help. I highly recommend avoiding at all costs, especially considering this wasn’t my first problem with them, but it was the nail in the coffin.

Great bank! -- My family and I opened accounts at this bank a year ago and have been very impressed with the staff, who are always friendly and helpful. The bank offered us a free safe deposit box (self-service, so you don't have to wait for someone to "get the keys"), and pays us a much higher interest rate than the bank we used to use. The hours are a lot better than our old bank too. What's not to like?
