I was shopping for an appropriate outfit for my father's memorial service and I wasn't all that hopeful since I'd recently put on some weight. The saleswoman working there that day (without being pushy) asked me some questions about my purpose in shopping and she ended up pulling multiple pieces while I changed in the dressing room. She put together something I would never have chosen for my self (a suit), and it was flattering and really fit the bill. She also steamed it for me while I did a little shopping next door. I was so grateful to her for her help during a difficult time. The staff working at this shop are kind, friendly, and professional and there's a very nice selection available. I received so many compliments on my new outfit.

Was trying on clothes in the fitting room when a sales associate opened the curtain for another customer. All she said was “oops” and she didn’t apologize. Why would she try to open the curtain in the first place when it was fully closed? And not even an apology? I was mortified. Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
