While I didn’t find a tennis shoe that fit my heel as well as I wanted, Jesse was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I tried on different shoes. They had 2 tennis shoe models and in wide sizes.

The New balance store in Princeton is where I went to buy new sneakers. My podiatrist told me to only buy New balance. So I go directly to the New balance stores because they are trained and fitting you and they have a large variety. The associate named Jesse so good care of me we tried on several pairs of shoes that was pretty sure I wanted the same thing I had which is the American made 990. Jesse was very knowledgeable friendly and polite. He fitted me with the shoes and I'm very happy with the service I received and the treatment to Jesse gave me. I highly recommend this store and Jesse.

Visited once in 2023, and glad I did. Selection, pricing, service were all very good. Crucially as well, NB products continue to show good quality.I bought 3 pairs of trainers for son and myself and they have all fit and worn nicely. Good use of my shopping $$'s! Time to go back this summer!

If your in a hurry to get shoes for someone, get the right size the first time because if you get the wrong size the process take time, even if you bring them to a store….nope.

The staff is very knowledgeable. They completely understand the customer’s requirements. They provided a good detailed description of types of shoe soles and how it can help the foot. Appreciate the knowledge and recommendations. I will surely come back and add more to my shoes collection.

Always go here before buying elsewhere in NB they have stocks of older styles and sizes other stores don’t. The people are great too
