I have been going to this location for several years and have been lucky enough to have Brett help me each time. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and I highly recommend him. It is awesome to have this location near my residence. I’ve been to other Verizon stores and do not get the personal care I can get here. It isn’t the reps issue if they have to call in for phone support to help you take care of something and it takes awhile, and that’s the most trouble we’ve ever experienced. “i bought a new unlocked phone ,, that needs a nano sim ,, ,but my old flipper phone is a standard sim AT&T prepaid.... so i stopped in to buy a nano sim .. well the store rep then just asked for my phone ,, took the std sim out and punch cut it to nano size sim ,, then put it in my new phone ,, tested it to make sure it worked .. and then did not charge me a cent ... Now that is customer service ,, that if I need any more service or need to purchase anything with AT&T ,,, i will definitely come here. .. Thanks again to this AT&T store .. ,,”
