I paid $15 and had to do the vacuum myself!!! and they only cleaned the car outside! They didn't even clean the carpets! The price is not good... plus it was the first time I went to that place and I didn't understand the costs well and what was included, when the guys were drying the outside they told me that I had to pay again for $21.99 (I had to pay double the $15 that I had already paid and just to clean THE INTERIOR and plus I had to pay $21.99) CRAZY !!! It is reasonable that he told me to pay extra and I would have paid it, maybe $7 I would have paid it but I am not going to pay $37 at that car wash!!! Absolutely ridiculous…
The worst part is that I'm trying to understand the service and the costs and the manager or owner! I don't know, was so rude (he said if you don't like the prices it's not my problem!!) but I will never go back. Not because of the service since it was no one's fault. But the way this man spoke to me … he don’t know how to be patient with the costumer
And I want to clarify I understand everything what he said, every single word… in case he think I was confused!! Or I don’t understand nothing about the situation he explained to me!!!

I used 20$ exterior wash service, prices are transparent and posted before you get in. Everything was great, nothing to complain about. Keep the good work guys.

They’re ok for a quick wash… once I leave my car is left stained from water that wasn’t dried off properly. But it’s good for a quick urgent exterior wash

I be going to this car was over 10 years is one of the best car wash Orawnd ,never have problem with any scratches,the employees they very friendly and professional,now you get even free vacuum no need to pay for vacuum,and price for car wash is reasonable, what more you want? thank you to the employee and the owner.

this car wash scratches your car like hell. don't ever go thereif you go to the car wash to ask about the scratches, they are talking too very rude and behaving very very bad even to the monthly pass customer. I cancelled my monthly subscription.I sent an email to cancel my monthly subscription, they replied saying that the tag on the car need to be returned then only the subscription will be cancelled. after visiting to the car wash when I asked to take out the tag from my car to cancel the subscription, the worker asked me to get out from side immediately. doesn't even bother listen what I am saying.why the hell they asked me to go to car wash when you no need the tag. the management and employees both are very bad
