The worst place to shop for lumber. I took lumber from one pile... From the same batch of wood and 5 of them have a different price. I was asked to go back and get different wood. There is no way to select studs from the same pile that have the same price. Finally, I gave up and just asked them to keep the lumber. It was just a very bad customer experience and I don't think they have a clue of what it takes to put 30 pieces of these studs onto the cart and then keep going back and forth. The counter people just follow orders and keep asking customers to go back and pick the right one. Don't shop here...... Just a bad taste. I gave up finally.

Do not purchase anything from the store that requires service or installation. Staff and management do not care about customer service.

The customer service at this location is a serious issue. We have had multiple issues with this location and plan to shop at home depot now. The people here are not just rude but abusive. Someone needs to listen to the recorded customer service calls and here how the staff talk to customers. The manager was not helpful at all.

We went to Lowe's to purchase and install a attic ladder. After agreeing on a price signing contracts and purchasing a attic ladder the third party contractor who Lowe's procured for the project backed out saying the price was too low and would not do the install. We are now waiting for a refund after Lowe's could not come to a agreement with contractor. Do your self a favor and do not use Lowe's for any installations. Total wast of time and now we are back to square one. Still waiting for refund.

I am not a fan of Lowe's but I went to this location because I was in need of a product and Home Depot was far away of my location. This time I checked the app; it didn't give me the location of the product. I asked 3 associates and all of them gave me wrong location for the Item I was looking for. Plus all of them had a face expression of someone who didn't like working there. Not friendly, lack of customer assistance, what else, well , I will keep avoiding shopping at Lowe's in the future. They don't appreciate my business too bad for them, their loose.

Customer service? Use their contractors? Lol. Take a pass. If you can't do it yourself hire a reputable contractor. If you do it yourself, check the quality of their offerings vs what a contractor can get.

Went to purchase a dishwasher from here and it was a nightmare from the start! This store needs to be more organized and communicate with its customers! After purchasing a Miele dishwasher and verifying it was in stock, I had an install date set for the following week. Install day comes, and I didn't receive a call with a time window and they never even showed up! No apologies, nothing! Then they automatically rescheduled over a week later without reaching out to me!! I tried to get them to install it sooner and nobody followed through! The salesman was useless as well. I'm kind of glad it didn't work out, I read the reviews about their install company and truthfully, I didn't have faith in them to install it correctly! Never again will I make an appliance purchase from this store!

In the whirlwind of a large home improvement project I guess I never got around to reviewing this location. I did buy a few large items here and frequently have purchased minor needs too. This is my closest Lowes but for some idiosyncrasy on my part, I went to the Hamilton location more. I usually try to check out at the gardening entrance and the customer service there is stellar. It is an overlooked express checkout in the store. I do tend to favor L over HD in most aspects, but with a slightly different product mix both chains are in my rotation.

I had a truly awful experience with Lowes. I am far from a Karen but this experience is mind boggling. We purchased a wall oven-microwave combo from Lowes last October. We had confirmation of a delivery date for this past February. Turns out Lowes didn't communicate with the shipment company they use and that was a fake delivery date. Not good if you are trying to do renovations and was trying to plan a kitchen reno around this oven's scheduled arrival. The oven actually wasn't available for another 6 months if that. Luckily we scrambled and were able to find an oven from Home Depot of similar dimensions to our kitchen designed around this oven from Lowes. The rest should be simple right? Get my money back from Lowes. I paid them almost $4000 since last November for this oven. I'm not asking for interest. I just want my money back. Well after waiting on line for over 45 minutes at the Lowes store they said they would be able to refund me for the oven but I would have to call Lowes customer care separately to get my $300 back for the protection plan. Well I tried doing that but after being on hold for an hour the lady hung up on me. I even asked her for a direct call back number in case we got disconnected before she suddenly hung up. She told me don't worry. Yet another hoop I have to jump thru is that after getting all the money back on my Lowes credit card I have to call the credit card services again to cut me a check because who wants that much balance sitting on a Lowes credit card? There shouldn't be this much difficulty getting a refund for my interest free loan to Lowes. They should be rolling out the red carpet after all the pain I went thru.

Done with LOWES! I've never been so disgusted with a business in my life. I ordered a refrigerator from the Hanover, NJ LOWES in SEPTEMBER and when the delivery guys got it to the house, 4 weeks later mind you, they refused to take the handles off to get it in the house. I, stupidly, ordered another (slimmer) model that would fit in the door with less "inconvenience" for the poor delivery guys. My delivery window was 8am - 12pm. They didn't bother to call during that 4-hour window, as if I have nothing else to do with my life. They called at 12:30pm to inform me that "the panel" was "damaged" and that they wouldn't be able to deliver the refrigerator. They must have thought I was stupid - I know that it comes boxed up from my experience in October so how would they even know it was damaged before they got it to the house?!!?! there's no way they could have known it was damaged. Apparently they were delayed, wanted to "clock out," and didn't want to deliver my refrigerator. I would not expect this type of customer service after spending $3,000+ but there you are. We were LOYAL Lowes customers. We never shop at Home Depot. I. Am. Never. Shopping. At. Lowes. Again.

I really enjoy this specific Lowe's Home Improvement store. Now, I should admit, this is the first Lowe's I've ever been into, and even know I wasn't purchasing your typical, "home improvement" purchase, but I found what I needed and more... easily! The music was bumping, the sales staff are friendly, what more do you need?!

Went to Lowes around noon today looking for an allen wrench but did not know where to find them. I saw a store associate (found out his name was Alan...maybe?) and asked for his help, he ignored me and walked right past me. I caught up to him and stood in front of him and asked, where can I find an allen wrench. He responded, "In the tool section". I responded, "where is the tool section?" He pointed at the section and said I could find someone there that can help me. Went to the tool section and Ed helped me find what I needed and I bought the wrench!!! Went to look for the sales associate so I can get his name and upon seeing him, he asked me, "What do you want now?" I told him just his name, that I got from his vest. Spoke to his manager, Mike, and he said he would talk to Alan. Please provide your employees with better customer service. I can take my requests and wallet to home depot.
