Love this gym. Very friendly staff, Morgan is wonderful and very helpful. The gym is well kept, organized, spacious and family friendly. 5 stars.

Been going here 2 years. Love it. Staff is really friendly, but today I really appreciate this gym. Staff went above and beyond helping my son who suddenly got sick. Yall the best

Terrible staff, careless manager, dirt, I will post videos and photos of how the staff steals stuff and what a wasteful manager they have. This usurer does not care about the guests who come there

I’m not a member, but I wanted to point out that members of this gym continually run the 3-way stop signs at the gym’s entrance. I’ve seen it almost every time I pass through. I called the gym’s front desk and they told me “there was nothing they can do about it.” What they can do is gently inform their members so that no one gets badly injured or killed at that intersection. Clearly, they don’t care.

Leaving a review only for the kids swimming lessons at lifetime. Swimming lessons here are a joke. Worst makeup policies ever and no consistent communication. We had a different substitute teacher every week with no consistent teaching. Super disappointed to see my daughter being carried across the pool when she can already swim. Seems like a complete water of time and money to take swim lessons here.

Came as a guest. Used to be 50.00, now its 80.00. The facility is nice but not worth the money as I’ve heard memberships are 220+. The worst part was there was annoying music playing the entire time and its playing everywhere, in the gym, the lobby, the cafe, the pool, and even the locker rooms and bathrooms. I had a massive headache by the end of the day because I literally could not escape it! Its like a dance club prison. Not worth the money, just go to the YMCA.

It’s a good facility to get a good workout. Even when it’s packed, you can still get in a good workout in a reasonable amount of time. The main reason I’m leaving the review is the staff. They’ve always greet me and helped me out. Shout out to Kyle especially, I totally forgot my locker number and I felt bad asking for help but he made me feel comfortable and opened up half the lockers until I found my stuff. He was pleasant and reassured me that it was no problem at all, so thanks Kyle.

This lifetime gets packed! Be sure to not go during peak hours. The sauna gets really hot but sadly no cold plunge. Steam room is nice but can smell dirty if they don’t clean it (towards end of day). Nice gym but again, gets super packed and busy.

I like working out here, but the staff barely lifts a finger when it comes to enforcing the rules. I can't tell you many times I see people hogging machines looking at their phones, which keeps others from using them. Also, you have other members on the treadmills, bikes, and elliptical talking loudly on the phone, not giving a damn about how it bothers others. And yet the staff does nothing about it. It's a shame -- it's a good, clean gym, but it's rapidly becoming just like the other gym chains that just want to sign new members up as rapidly as possible, but the long-time members who follow the rules are left out in the cold.

Not worth having a membership here too expensive might as well go to a resort and get more for your money. Seems discriminatory does not offer better options for military veterans.

This gym has no right to call itself a luxury gym. The only reason people stay at this gym is because there are no other good options in the area. Below, I will list my feedback:
LifeTime is cannibalizing its members: endless growth is the definition of cancer. When a corporation expects endless growth, they begin to destroy from the inside out after a certain point: LifeTime has gotten to the point where they no longer can provide value and gain revenue from new customers, so they must extort the ones they have for all of their money. It really does feel like the members are the enemy here.
They have raised the membership prices EXPONENTIALLY in the few years that I have been a member- claiming improvements, but the consensus among members is that the facility has gotten worse and worse. Management refuses to hear any of that feedback.
The pool- members used to have the outside pool included in their membership. We all had it revoked from our membership and was told that if we wanted pool access for the summer, we would need to pay over $200!!! How is it fair that an amenity included in our membership is taken away from us and then resold back to us at a criminal rate? And good luck finding a lane indoors for swimming during peak hours because they fill the pool with lessons and swim team- just another way for them to make money. They don’t make money off of us swimming laps, but they make money off of those swim lessons and those swim teams! Overall, a disgusting practice.
The locker rooms and gym floor is filthy and poorly maintained. The layout of the equipment makes no sense and was clearly designed by someone who doesn’t workout. They do not care about your experience.
I cannot speak on the pickleball situation- but other reviewers here have clearly detailed Lifetimes greed there and I am not shocked.
We used to have access to a Recovery Room, this was also taken away from us.
The gym is overcrowded and nobody has respect for anyone and anything around them, a culture completely tolerated and enabled by management.
The staff is hostile, as others have commented on. There are some exceptions- but for the most part, the interactions aren’t comfortable. You could be completely, overly nice, and you will still be bothering them just by your existence.
Maybe members that have joined within the last year or so think this gym is the best gym on the earth- because they haven’t experienced a nicer gym or they haven’t experienced this LifeTime when it was better, a few years ago, but so any member that has been here more than 2 years.
I put my membership on a freeze 6 months ago and rejoined a few days ago, and I’m regretting that choice. I didn’t think things could get worse from when I had put my membership on a freeze, but somehow they did.

They just don't care about their customers! Get away from this place! They charge $219 per month and you still need to pay for playing pickleball, that's another hundreds bucks per month. I am not against charging for clinics and matches, but why remove all the free open play sessions with so many members enjoyed? Only to squeeze more money from you. The pickleball manager Taylor Hartman definitely is not doing her job, now pickleball courts are empty regardless so many members want to play! They even block you from expressing your opinion. Shame!
