I had an excellent first interaction with Land Rover Princeton for a minor service update on my Defender. I was treated with respect, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dealership atmosphere is very upscale and pleasant, as it should be for a luxury, specialized brand. Will certainly be my go to for any future service needs

What a wonderful experience! They made everything convenient for me…they delivered my car to my workplace and Michael my sales rep took the time to explain how to operate the car from adjusting the driver seat to using the adaptive cruise control!!! Land Rover Princeton is an exceptional car dealer.

Thought this dealership would be a little different but just another greedy dealer that only cars about their money
I have bought 3 range rovers through them and because they’re getting offered more money, they gave away my order to someone else
I bought my first one and switched it to a 7 seater because I needed more space for the family. I had gotten the third one for my girlfriend and then placed this ordered that they gave away because she wanted a different color and more features. When I placed the order, the dealership told me don’t worry about a deposit because I’m a repeat client, and even my previous one was ordered without a deposit and taken delivery off
They gave away the car I ordered under my name and just continuously making excuses of how the dealership changed staff but why wasnt I contacted to let me know they’re changing my order to someone else because a “deposit was missing?” Straight out ridiculous

When we prepared 2 mm and the other 6 mm. The auto has 20,000 miles on it. The caliper and pistons are fine so obviously the brake pad at 2 mm is defective. Despite this I think Landrover Princeton could’ve worked harder to get this covered by corporate. I used my one time break extended warranty to replace the brakes and spent over $1000 on the rotors. If someone can explain to me how I can get such uneven, brake pad, absent, a defective batch of pads I would love to know.

Our car buying experience at Land Rover Princeton was exceptional. We had been dealing with many dealerships in the tri state area, and none came close to the customer service and ease of buying a car that we got here. Karen was amazing to work with and was able to answer all of our questions and help us make our ultimate decision in which car to buy. Jimmy was able to get us a deal we felt was extremely competitive and Andre made the handling of all financing and contracting a breeze. We look forward to future business here and would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I had my 23 Range Rover serviced at LR Princeton. My service advisor was Danny and words are not enough to describe what an amazing experience I had with Danny. He went out of his ways to take care of my concerns and made me a life long customer with this dealership.
