Went a few years ago but coming back to share my experience. The ladies here are helpful and knowledgeable. My fitting was done efficently and they answered all of my questions. The pieces I got have held up well over the years despite frequent wear!

I had a wonderful experience in the store today. Brooke was so helpful, helped me find the right size, checked on me frequently and very knowledgeable about the right fit. First time buying in the store, but not my first visit.

Carly made this a great experience. She took away all the awkwardness of shopping with my husband. Even told us all about the Wonderbra of men's underwear. Gave a very accurate fitting and found all the sizes for us.

The salesperson (bless her heart) was the only person when I went on Sunday. Even though she was the only one there with three people ahead of me for a fitting, she was polite & attentive. The boutique only goes up to an I cup, so they didn't have anything in my size, but the salesperson was helpful & recommended another boutique I could go to.4/5, but I would give them a 5/5 if they had a wider size range.

I needed some new bras and wanted higher quality products than you might find at big brand stores. However the saleswoman who fit me conveniently forgot to mention that they don’t take returns—just exchanges or store credit. Then only a few months later the underwire burst through one of these new bras, and when I called to learn what my options were, I was told it’s not their problem after 60 days, call the manufacturer. I do not understand how this store stays in business with such poor customer service, and I have no desire to shop there ever again (although I have to with the store credit I never wanted).

Do not shop here! They do not take returns, only make you exchange or take store credit (even if unworn with tags still on and the receipt) and if you have a problem with one of their products (like an underwire burst within a few months) they will be more than happy to take your more for another expensive bra but will not help you in any meaningful way. They look lovely on the surface yet they do not care about their customers, which is why they have lost me as one.
