Labcorp Ewing St Princeton - Have been going to this facility at this location for many years and always had a positive experience despite my needle phobia. Today, the morning of April 1, 2024, I had the most painful blood draw that I have ever had in my life. The phlebotomist said it was because I was tense - really? Does that explain the quantity of blood that soaked straight through the 1/2 inch wad of gauze that she taped onto my arm?!!!! That too, is a first experience for me, horrible and unnecessary if you know how to draw blood, which this person clearly does not! If this is the way this facility will be staffed, I will not be returning; it's bad enough that the hours have been slashed and the original staff has been replaced.

This is the worst facility, no proper management. you will sure get the experience you face in India. Had to move my appointment to another location.

Not happy with the staff. Not organized, had an appointment but still got to wait more than an hour.

This is the bleakest LabCorp I’ve ever been to. If you’ve been to any LabCorp location before, you’ll know that the bar for that is already very, very low.

The facility is a mess. The staff is good, but waaay overworked.I went to the lab without an appointment, so I expected to have a long wait, which I did -- about 45 minutes to get into the blood draw station. The phlebotomist was polite and apologized for the wait. There was a full urine cup on the desk from the previous patient . She looked at it and then asked if I had my urine. No one had instructed me to stop at the restroom to provide a urine sample before going to get my blood drawn. So off to fill the cup. Then wait again for her. When she comes back, she asks me for my papers. I said I had given them to her, and they were on her desk when I left for the bathroom. It would seem my script was taken with the urine cup from the other patient. She needed to take a lot of blood. She was very nice and kept checking to make sure I was okay. Because of the amount of blood to be taken, she had to go into both arms, but she got into the veins on the first try -- which doesn't always happen with my small veins. All done. Great. On my way home, she calls me and asks if I can come back. The system had not printed out all the stickers at once, and she did not realize there were three more vials to be drawn. So I returned. I was able to go right back, so no wait. She was extremely apologetic. The office is clean if you look at the floor and the used surfaces, but the walls are a mess. The place is not medically clean if the walls are filthy. The is a paper sign posted that the chair is sanitized between each patient. Given the state of physical facility and the stressed out staff, I pretty much doubt it.While I was waiting in the booth I heard two different patients being asked for their scripts. The patients responded that their doctor had sent it electronically. There was no record on the computer. So the staff person asks them to call their doctor's office and ask for it to be faxed over. YOU NEED TO HAVE THE HARD COPY OF YOUR SCRIPT IN HAND.I tried to add photos, but the server rejected. You'll just have to trust me. The Forrestal location (from Google reviews) sounds like it may be your better choice.

Do not ignore the low ratings, and avoid at all costs if possible. I was the third person in a one hour span that ended up walking out without a blood draw. There was at least one person who I saw wait for over 45 minutes before walking out, and then another that waited for 15 minutes at the window before walking out -- because no one appeared at the window in that span. Then a third person in front of me with an appointment waited another 15 minutes for a person to appear, only to tell her that she had not checked in, in spite of following the online instructions to check in and having been called aloud previously. They then berated that person for handing them an extra sheet of paper and then warned her to calm down when she was obviously frustrated (but not impolite) at the service. The situation went south even from there, with the person clearly and understandably even more upset. For me, they could not find my test, despite my doctor sending it and then faxing it -- and they did not remember that I'd chatted with them 30 minutes before (the time they took between showing up at the window). I had to give the first three letters of my name more than 5 times, and my DOB multiple times, and there did not seem to be a language barrier. I gave up after an hour without a draw. The room also had three chairs for 5+ people, and I was just assuming I was running hot -- but there was a thermometer on the wall reading 80.2F.I would strongly suggest not going here for any testing, and for the owner -- I would strongly suggestion trying to streamline this process -- I cannot imagine having 3 (likely more) walk outs in an hour is good for business.

Not really sure why this place has low ratings comparatively. This has become my routine bloodwork place since 2020 and never had a long wait time. Nicest thing about this location is they’re open on Saturdays and with an appointment of 7:00am morning, I always walk out of the lab by 7:10am. Better than fasting and waiting at doctors office until 9 or 10am. Just make sure you schedule your appointment much in advance to secure a spot.

I saw alot of bad reviews and was skeptical about going here but it is 4 mins away from my job and I figured I would see for myself. The gentleman who did my intake was very nice and he was gentle. I am so terrified of needles I pass out. I had a great experience and I was in and out in 15 mins.

VERY slow. Extremely understaffed, shared medical information with everyone instead of calling people into a back room. I actually managed to go to another LabCorp before receiving the text message that I was next, an HOUR after my appointment.

My fasting blood work appointment was at 9:15. After waiting for an hour they said they did not receive prescription from my doctor. My doctor's office confirmed they faxed the prescription the day before and showed me the proof.Extremely irresponsible, incompetent, and rude staff. My wife had similar experience couple of weeks back.

This place is the worst! Check in computers are broken, no masks (interesting for a supposed medical company) and despite being the only one there “we have no more appointments”. Literally go anywhere else…
