i came in to pick up my order as well as make a return. the nice girl in the front told me she would go get the manager as i was waiting at the register. a lady comes out and does not greet me at all, so how am i supposed to know that she is the manager here to make the return as there was also another girl who walked out with her. she looks at me and says to me with an attitude that if i need to make a return i should take the stuff out of the bag. very nasty attitude. i would never come back to this store again. afterwards she was kindly greeting other customers. (of course they were white)

I had a very distasteful experience with the Regional Manager (I believe her name is Allie) she was very condescending in her delivery, completely lacked customer empathy, and shocked she is manager. I have never been spoken that way.

Tried to return a poplin shirt that shrunk significantly after first wash. Manager was very unreasonable in understanding the situation. She was singularly focused on the fact that it was “used” and unwilling to accept the return. She kept pushing 25% discount on anything I want to buy without caring about protecting the brand. She did not seem to care that they sold me a defective product!!! Very unfortunate! I ended up calling online customer services and they willingly accepted the return with an apology. Not sure if the manager understood her job fully!!

Princeton was beautiful, flowers hanging from the lampposts. New Kids coming infull of enthusiasm. Great expectations if you will. Oh J.Crew , that was nice too.Always lovely sales people pretty clothes.No petite clothes bummer for me.]

Only one available register on a Friday afternoon. Got stuck behind a customer buying a pile of clothes who was taking their time with everything. That's not their fault, but what was their fault is that they didn't do anything about it except have us stand and wait around for 20 mins. There was another machine, but it wasn't being used for whatever reason. Finally was told there was a register upstairs.Just go to see the clothes and get a feel for size. Then buy it online. It will save you time, energy, and possible grief.

Sorry to hear about their bankruptcy filing. In the past few years there's been some slippage in quality as their outsourcing went deeper into Asia but the clothing remains reasonably sturdy and timeless (which can be construed as boring.) Thankfully, they've resisted the disposable, fast fashion trend meaning their products are meant to resist a stiff breeze and one time through the wash - it's no coincidence that GAP rhymes with crap.Shopping here is a pleasure as the store and inventory are well maintained by a better than average staff with a pulse. As with most specialty retailers, the smart move is to wait for a sale.

The ladies here are so friendly if you ask for a coupon they will do everything they can to give you some type of discount it is so sweet if they can’t find your size they will locate it and ship it to your house for free!

Some of the staff in this store have an attitude. I had to ask for help when I saw one staff member walking around the store, while she did with arrogance. The cashier on the other hand was friendly, perhaps because I was buying stuff!
