Prices are not consignment friendly.-way overpriced for no name brands. Selections are outdated -I’m beside myself when I see what they actually take for sale yet when you try to consign with them they never end up taking anything you give them (leather jackets from French connection, free people dresses, Banana republic blazers, levis jeans, Cole Han coats). The minute I go somewhere else to consign elsewhere, every single piece is accepted. It’s beyond my understanding who’s merchandise they are receiving and overcharging. The one good thing is that the last time I was there they had moncler coats all super small in size (could fit a 14 yr old kid) but nonetheless a good brand name. They have the benefit of being well situated but don’t waste time and go somewhere else. There are many places to consign

Incredible clothing selection and a generally clean store. I bought over $100 worth of clothes in here which is easy considering the prices, because it’s almost all high end brands in excellent shape. My only gripe is that I was looking casual and frankly not my absolute best that day, but was shopping like any regular customer. The staff was looking me up and down throughout the store, and the woman at the register snipped rudely at me packaging my things into the reusable bag I brought, (literally, in front of her, at the register), because she didn’t give me my change back yet (I paid in cash)…again beautiful, clean store, but just felt entirely judged, and was literally watched putting my purchases away…because I didn’t look pristine, I believe. I was in this store once before wearing a vintage Gucci bag and bought one shirt for literally $15, and was treated totally differently…always good for staff to be vigilant for thefts but please, stop judging customers during a very hectic time of year, assuming the worst just because they may look more alternative or casual than the usual crowd. Will probably go back but only if I’m dressed a certain way as to avoid the awkwardness of the staff again.

This is the first time I've ever written a review because of how disappointed I was with my experience. I live in the area and would go to the store almost every weekend to shop, however this was my first time consigning and I was really taken aback by how rude the staff was. I've seen other reviews stating this but didn't believe it until I experienced it myself.I was waiting in the line to have someone look over my clothes, and while waiting I could hear the girls behind the counter looking at a women's items. The one woman working was so rude and mean and making condescending comments about how the clothes were from 2009 or 2013 and were gross. I already wanted to leave at that point because of how rude she was being. I wound up having another girl look through my items of which I brought 4 Free People items that were new with tags, 4 Lululemon items that were barely worn, designer shoes, and other items from Nordstrom. They came back and wouldn't take any of the Lululemon and only 1 or 2 of the free people items.I could really care less that they didn't take my items for whatever reason, but they way they were speaking about other customers items was so disrespectful. You can tell these older women who try to consign there have money and probably have quite a few things of very good quality. The employees are making fun of their items, yet you guys accepted 10 of the same mens shirt with a company logo on it. I used to shop here habitually but I will never go there again seeing how they spoke about customers behind their backs.

Nice place and friendly staff…BUT, their prices are ridiculous. Asking $20-30 for a used t-shirt from Walmart is wild. Practically another Plato’s Closet, a bit more pricey one in my opinion.

Took several barely worn items that were dry cleaned before my appointment. The staff took 5 minutes to review a large bag of items from White House Black Market and other designers. I was told that there were stains on the collar when I know for sure there were not. I just smiled, took my things and left. Not the most pleasant experience. The staff was condescending. Would not recommend.

Why is the staff so unfriendly...Acted like I was an imposition to them? I love the one in RedBank never again going to Princeton.
