They have stopped accepting great clips coupon. Any coupon you provide will be changed to $5 off coupon. They should put this on the door so people know in advance and not surprised while paying.
When it comes to haircut, it’s mediocre at best.

If you have a toddler w curly hair, don’t go over there, they only know how to dear with silky hair. They ruined my son’s hair and we have multiple upcoming events.

THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE. My first and last time at this location. The worst experience I have ever had when getting a hair cut my hair stylist made no effort to figure out what I wanted before cutting wayyyy to short and left way to much on top. When I tried to explain what I wanted it went ignored overall horrible experience. There are plenty of places near go to one of those places don’t come here if you want a good haircut.

Today visited the Great Clip Nassau Park hoping for a fresh new look, but unfortunately, I left feeling utterly disappointed. The barber, an older woman, seemed uninterested in her job from the moment I sat in the chair.
There was a lack of the customary consultation you would expect at a professional barbershop; instead, it felt like she just wanted to get done with it.
The haircut itself was haphazard and did not at all align with what I had asked for. It appeared as though minimal effort was put into the job. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the complete disregard for customer service and satisfaction was apparent.
Moreover, the barber did not use the opportunity to employ her experience to suggest adjustments or improvements, which could have been helpful given her long tenure in the field. Instead, her disinterest was evident and impacted the quality of service profoundly.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend based on this experience. It was not only a waste of time but also money. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique that attention to client needs and a little enthusiasm in one's work can go a long way in this industry.

I can't say anything nice. This entire experience was mentally jarring. The woman rushed the haircut when a second customer arrived. It was a buzz cut, that's what I left with. Not what I requested. The woman somehow charged me $30 for this. I was literally robbed of my hair. 5-7minutes in chair $30, hair was completely taken.

I got the worst haircut of my life here today. I asked for layers and curtain bangs and left with a mullet. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the lady completely ruined my hair. Beware

Someone else posted a similar review, but the posted hours are not actually the hours of this store. Posted closing time was 4pm -- I checked-in online at 2:50, arrived at the salon at 3:15, and waited until 3:35. Then told me "we are too close to closing time" and didn't get my haircut. Bad service.

Asked for 2 inches and she cut off FOUR. basically gave me a bowl cut, then made a rude comment when I only tipped her 2 dollars. Don't come here.

Asked for “0 on the sides and just a trim for the top and back, kinda like a mohawk” and after confirming, almost immediately begins to shave the back as low as I wanted the sides and practically cuts all my hair on top when I said “just a little trim”. Gonna go home cut the rest of my hair down and try probably never coming back. Months of growing my hair out wasted.

I recently visited this salon with high hopes, but unfortunately, my haircut turned out to be a major disappointment. Despite clearly asking for a 3mm on the sides and just trimming the edges on the top, the barber ended up chopping off a whole inch from the top. Now, my hair is way too short up there.I would suggest Great Clips invest in more professional stylists for a better customer experience.

Before I continue, I'll just say as a disclaimer that I infrequenly get my hair cut. last time, I had my hair done by maria. She did a great job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I knew for sure that I would come back for my next trim. however this time, Faye Lottis did my hair and boy, was she AWFUL. right when I sat down and requested what I wanted, she snapped at me for not listening to her. I specifically asked for chin length curtain bangs and layers. Instead, she chopped 3 inches without any layers and cut the bangs THREE inches shorter than I asked. she Also dug her long nails into my scalp while slapping my head to move it. It became painful.She should have been gentler, or she could have politely asked me to move. The entire time, she yelled at me, gossiped about her coworker Instead of focusing on my hair, and didn't even b to dry it. She left me soaking wet with a Horrible cut. my first bad review that I've ever written. Unless Maria is available do NOT get your hair done year period. Faye Lottis is horrible and should be fired
