Very bad! We went there. The young guy just talks to us out loud in front of everyone. I asked him why not in a room. He pretended he didn’t hear anything! How can I trust a company like this to manage my money?????

I was looking for a new investment company as the previous one I was with did not do a great job communicating and I felt like just another number. I did not have any confidence in their abilities I'm managing my portfolio. The main concern was making sure that they were picking the products that gave them the highest commission. I walked into Fidelity Investment and immediately felt comfortable with the gentlemen helping me. He was very knowledgeable and put my personal gains ahead of his own. The level of communication has made the experience top-notch. I was overall very pleased with my experience. I have referred many others to this branch.
