The staff were very rude. My son went out with his friend and didn’t have a room key with him. They wouldn’t let him get a cookie. They also didn’t have the room cleaned before arrival.

Original review: The room had only lukewarm water for shower, which is completely unacceptable for such chilly autumn time (40-50 deg F). The front desk still made excuses by saying “sorry we just don’t have the scorching water that you want” and also discriminated against guests whose first language is not English.
Update: the front desk staff in the morning shift were very approachable and did help us swap to a room with improved hot water supply, in sharp contrast to the personnel who answered phone the night before. The rating was thus readjusted. However, we would be hesitant to come back to this hotel again for our next stay.

I like the size of their pool only drawback was no lighting on the patio. Nice gym and the restaurant has good food.

They should hire better service staff. The lady from tonight's night, the receptionist did not want me to leave an order for a guest from her own hotel, even though the client was asking for it to be brought up to the room, which is terrible to know that the staff It does not care about the tranquility and hospitality of its guests. To be a good hotel, they should evaluate the staff they hire very well.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Hilton brand. This trip was for my daughter and her soccer team. The worst part about it, is my husband is a Diamond Member, it didn't matter though. I checked in at 3:30p, my room was not ready. I was offered another but I needed to be next to room 408 since that parent was not coming until much later and I needed to make sure his daughter had an adjoining room which was done at his request. Her room was ready mine was not. My room was open so we were able to see how dirty it was. I thought they left it open because they were going to clean it soon. That was not the case. The woman cleaning the room across the hall was in one room for at least an hour. I had asked for an extra towel, since we only had two and now since my room was not ready there were 4 of us. We came from a game and wanted to head out to Princeton. My husband received a call around 6pm or so that my room was ready but no towels since they were being washed, but the digital key did not show up. I tried calling, chatting but no answer or response. My husband then received a phone call at 7:30pm that my room was ready and at that point my digital key showed up. When I got back to the hotel, around 8:30pm, there was still a line and I did cut and asked for my room key since I was not going to wait on the line again, thankfully there was a second person at check in. No guest should have to wait that long, nevertheless a diamond member? Just to back track, when we checked in there was only one girl checking in at check in time with a full hotel. I felt terrible for her. (For the record she was great kept calm and professional.) What a disgrace by management not being prepared. Once I was able to get in my room all I wanted to do was meet friends at the bar. So As I approach the bar I was told I have to pay $5 for Latin night. I didn't want to pay for Latin night I'm going to the bar to spend money. How can they charge hotel guests that just wanted to go to the bar? Latin night should have been separate. That was ridiculous and I ended up having words with them and that should not ever happened. I gave them the $5 on the way out since I felt bad. I will say the woman that ran the restaurant was very nice and tried explaining all to us, she was very good. Obviously my husband and I spend a lot of time at Hilton's but never one that was so awful. Such a disgrace to the Brand. Also I was not the only one who did not have a room ready and as I said I could not move because of circumstances. But that should not have happened my husband is a diamond member he should have had some type of priority. But even so, why were rooms not ready with a full hotel?

Walls are so thin you can hear ordinary conversations in the next room. This is not Motel 6--they should have done better when building.

Hotel is fine, but I called to confirm if Tesla chargers were available for free for guests to use to which they said yes but they completely denied on arrival. We were told we had to pay 25$ on the app shinepay which we did and regardless the charger didn’t start. Front desk then told us they have nothing to do with those chargers. Not a good experience but hotel otherwise is good.
Front desk should’ve told us they don’t work instead of telling us to pay

Wow. Diamond member for many years stayed in many Hilton properties. Worst Hilton property ever.
Hotel needs MAJOR RENOVATION! Everything is super old. How can this be a “Doubletree?”

Comfortable beds and pillows but room was sterilized. No menu even though there's room service, no directory, no pen or paper. Room smelled. Absolutely refused to download app. Tired of putting all that crap on phone. Room was absolutely freezing even though I'm a polar bear when it comes to sleeping, turned it up to 74 and still froze.

Room needs an update. We stayed on the 6th floor. Shower had minimal water pressure and no hot water. Asked for a baby cot to be in the room upon arrival and was only delivered after 4 hours of asking. On the first day they only cleaned our room at 4pm on the second day they didn't clean our room at all. We had to call reception and ask for clean towels. Breakfast was $20 for the most basic buffet I've ever seen. Would not recommend for the price.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel seems in great condition. The staff was great, always available, nice and helpful. The pool was amazing, the gym was the best I've seen in any other hotel I've stayed and the room was clean and great as well. Would stay here again!

Beautiful experience! The staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were so clean and fresh. The lobby was beautiful with flowers and couches. Pool was clean and so was the fitness center. Would definitely come again!!
