Excellent service at this very convenient location to have a new battery installed in my iPhone. The appointment was made to fit my schedule. I was pleased with the knowledgeable staff and the efficient way they serviced my phone!

Horrible experience with this establishment. Paid $450 for iPhone 15 Pro screen replacement per advice of tech. Within 2 days of normal use screen did not function normally. Scheduled appointment to have repaired and was told it was not covered by warrantee and was told would pay between $170-$350 more to have screen replaced again. Spoke with manager and then owner "Bob" with no effort to resolve the issue.
Now still have half working screen. Would never give business again.

Brought in my iPad Air 4 to get a battery replacement. I did not hear back from them within a week so I called in to see the status of my iPad. Somehow my mother board stopped working so and was told they can not fix it. My mother board was working completely fine before I brought it in.

My son had cracked his screen. I made an appointment on line to go to the Princeton location. The employees were friendly and informative. They however could not fix it due to a faulty replacement screen. So they transferred the ticket to the Howell location. I went there the next day. Again the employees were very helpful. Bob was super. It turns out that the phone was too damaged so I had to send away for a new phone. The employees are fantastic. It was difficult to navigate the website with the ‘chat’ I would have much rather have talked to a live person.
Thank you to Bob and all the employees that helped with this issue.

Had such a positive experience bringing my mom’s damaged cell phone to CPR Cell Phone repair. Oscar was very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue, quoted me a price, committed to a timeline for repair and followed through accordingly. While I hope that I don’t have anymore cell phone damages to deal with ? I will certainly come back to CRP Cell Phone Repair if I do. Great experience!

I have used their services four times in the past two years. The same people have worked there during this time and they know what they are doing. Each time they’ve resolved the problem quickly. Pricing is reasonable too.

I made an appointment to repair a phone screen, went to drop off and picked up it fairly quickly and without issue. They were very efficient and helpful, Oscar was especially helpful with showing me how to put on my new phone case.

Quick, easy and polite service! Would come back if another repair for my MacBook Pro is needed. Other repair spots in the area wouldn't work on my mac, citing they're not experienced with this over decade old laptop. No appt. needed just walk in. If you see a dog walking around the lot outside it belongs to the dry cleaners just a heads up.
