While most banks are closing branches faster then you can say Venmo and mobile bill pay, Chase branches seem to be multiplying faster than that packet of mail order sea monkeys I coveted as a kid. What do they know that the rest of Wall Street doesn't? I'm not really sure but their new outposts seem to be situated in affluent burbs where Citi and Wells Fargo are aggressively thinning the herd. What I do know is that JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon isn't stupid and has accumulated more wealth than many small countries by being an astute contrarian. Maybe cash isn't quite dead yet and having tellers and physical branches in new places as regional banks retrench does wonders for lobbying efforts in their heavily regulated industry. Or more directly they anticipate being one of the few men left standing as some of the weaker community and regional banks fall by the wayside. Five stars for zigging while the other money houses zag.

The staff here is the worst. Every transaction done with the folks in this branch is unpleasant - deposits, withdrawals, foreign currency, you name it. They don't listen, so it requires extra time and frustration to actually get what was requested in the first place. We drive to the Chase Bank on 206 specifically not to have to deal with the people in this branch.

Came here to open a business bank account and the women that I had the appointment with was very impatient and spoke to me like I was attempting to do something illegal. She asked me questions about my business and kept implying that I shouldn’t open an account as it’s very regulated… I was shocked on what she was saying to me, felt like I was actually a criminal for trying to open a new business account for my business. The way she spoke to me was like I was someone who was conducting activities not fit for chase bank… I’ve been banking with chase for my personal account quite some time now and I’ve never been so disgusted by my experience with any bank until now.

I don’t bank here by choice, I come here for deposits for my job in Princeton. Please don’t bother, I walked out after Joe loudly complains about having to take 8 deposits. He asks if I have to deposit all of them, I say yes, he mutters “You’ve got to be kidding me.”I’m sorry I have to do my job, while you also have to do yours. I’ll gladly drive these deposits to the chase by my house instead, or LOUDLY ask for another teller instead. Ridiculous. I paid the meter just to get back in my car and leave without depositing, I told this guy not to worry about it. I’ll find a manager to complain to as soon as I hit submit on this review.

What a great team. I recently stopped by to have something notarized and was immediately greeted by Stephen Council with a smile and positive energy. He was awesome, really cared and tried to make sure everything I needed was addressed. Way to go Chase and Stephen for making banking so easy, friendly and having customers feel like you really care.

No matter what others say - the staff here and custom service is excellent and friendly. Always a smile when I go up to the counter and when I've had more complicated issues, call and follow up. Wanted to do a mortgage and they were helpful but I simply can't afford Princeton every since 2014 the prices are too high but that isn't Chase's problem. Great branch.

I am waiting on the phone for more then one hour and listening to silly music. They frozen bank account due to suspicious activity and I get it but no business can afford to have account frozen for more then five minutes from the time they need it.

How does a bank NOT maintain there drive through teller. Three times I have tried to use the outside teller only to find it out of order. Why was this facility built if they were not going to make sure it worked properly inside and out. Time to find a different bank.
