We met Debbie Carter after she was recommended by a neighbor who was in real estate. My daughter and her husband were looking for their 1st home. They loved her as first time buyers she guided them to there first home. When my husband and I retired we decided we should downsize our home - she met with us advised us how to stage our home and then it took us 4 years to call her back - but we were finally ready. Debbie did a fabulous job selling our home. She remained professional know matter what issues came up she researched made calls - talked us through the crazy moments. We were so pleased with Debbie's service and friendship she is presently helping us finding our retirement home. We highly recommend Debbie and her team!

It was great working with the Maura Mills and her team, her expertise in our market is unmatched. To begin Maura analyze similar homes, the pluses and minuses of each home and then apply them to my situation and suggests a price which created a competitive bid situation. I had interviewed other agents but Maura's ability to dissect and interpret the market was clearly superior.
After agreeing to a selling price Maura and her team were absolutely amazing! They helped me every step of the way in selling my house. Grant was a treasure; we were very lucky to have him. He worked for us alongside David Schure, and the two made a perfect pair, with complementary gifts. Grant is very knowledgeable, extremely personable, endlessly patient, and very smart and perceptive. He helped us thread our way through a lot of complications and difficulties related to our particular historic property, and ultimately find a perfect outcome. He really understands and loves historic properties, which is essential if you are trying to sell one, since as we learned they do pose particular challenges. And in the process Grant became a real friend, one we will long cherish.

Kathryn was great! Very organized and persistent, which is what we needed to sell my property. She even personally helped get me out of the house before closing (which was a bit of a mad dash). And was able to recommend all the trades who did the work on the house to get it sold. There were endless inspections and certificates and I never would have gotten it all in place in time without her. I was in a fairly bad place with the house when I found her as a realtor, and she was completely supportive and full of ideas to get us to market. And honestly - she got it done! Helped me right a huge mistake. That's the biggest compliment I can give her. She got it done. I would use Kathryn as my realtor again in a heartbeat.

Amy Granato at Callaway Henderson was a terrific agent in helping me sell my house just outside Princeton. Energetic, reliable & pleasant, providing information when needed, striking a very good balance of being there to help, but not being intrusive or overselling, as sometimes occurs in commercial situations. With her assistance, my house got much more response, & sold for much more, than I'd expected.
