5 star service. I ordered a complete living room set and counter chairs during the supply chain crisis. The furniture arrived 5 months later but my new construction got delayed by a further 7 months. I had to keep pushing back delivery. Marianne helped me with the choice of furniture and then Peter handled the delivery. Courteous, professional and willing to postpone delivery at least 3-4 times. The ultimate extension of this courtesy was delivering my furniture on my day off even though it was not their scheduled delivery day. Furniture arrived well packed, undamaged and very much to my liking. I chose firm seating more along modern but leaning-toward-traditional pieces that have fit in very well indeed. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience.

We bought all our dining chairs and bar stools here. They fell apart immediately. I called and they said they would send out screws that were missing. Didn't. Then had someone come. They took our chair to fix it. Then brought it back with a chair that didn't match. I've called, emailed, they keep following up pretending. It's been YEARS of me housing a chair that doesn't match and they keep saying they'll bring it out. We got the chairs in 2018. 2019 issues and they took chair. 2020 pandemic so I let it go a bit. But now?? We got the chairs because they were comfortable. But SO poorly made and completely fall apart. Then empty promises to replace. I now have 5 dining table chairs with a completely unmatched chair (they were fixing rather than replacing so leather would match- so imagine my surprise when I got a chair that wasn't even leather returned).

I will never buy anything from Boconcept again. I own the Cupertino desk, and it fell apart last week. The legs simply came out of the holes. I spoke with customer service, and had been advised that I must have put too much weight on the desk. This was not the case. Boconcept sent tech support to put the desk back together. Surprise, surprise, the desk fell apart again. I went to the local hardware store for a second opinion. The associate advised me that the nails were too short, and there should be an anchor for each nail. Never again

Great furniture but, everything is order made in Denmark ??... takes at least 4 months to deliver.

I bought an expensive sectional Sofa. It has three sections held together with clips. We found that each section height varies slightly and when put together it looks uneven. We called the store multiple times and they gave us excuses. First they said floor might be uneven and when we insisted on someone inspecting they said that the sections are manufactured in different locations and hence the height difference. I paid $16k for the sofa and expected better quality for the price.

Beautiful high-end furniture. We purchased a bar table and two stools online and despite the pandemic, the delivery was within reasonable time for imported made-to-order furniture (usually 12 - 16 weeks ETA). They put in effort to deliver before the end of 2020, allowing us to celebrate the new year with our new shiny furniture.The customer service is very responsive (about 24 hours on weekdays). They will make sure everything is right. We wish they would have a few more options to resolve small issues but it seems they have some restrictions in what they can do as a franchise. This is the only shortcoming that we have experienced, and we hope they can think of more environmentally friendly ways (beyond a gift card) to correct minor damage than ordering a replacement part.All-in-all, we are very happy with this store.

Considering BoConcept specializes in post-modern sticker shock a routine question about a floor lamp in a completely empty store shouldn't require rigorous translation. "Well, are you interested in the piece?" said the incredulous salesperson who never bothered to look up. "No, I'm here to practice my diction as I struggle to overcome a severe speech impediment." Today, it really doesn't matter the price point, retail customer service has completely disappeared into a WTF black hole. I love the store and modern design but I guess I'll come back when I've conquered my stutter.
