The worst best buy mobile experience. The person that walked over to check with me was rude, cocky and when I raised it with him (visibly irritated), he suggested he is sticking to best buy script. This guy is prepared to drag Best Buy colleagues down in front of my kids and wife. When I walked away he dismissed me “This is my store”. Not sure what they train their staff for, sure does seem thug like. Best Buy your scripted response is unfortunately not going to win me. I am happy to take my business else where.I couldn’t be bothered to call so I am writing here.

I’ve ordered a TV from them

Samsung $1800
They canceled the order in a day and I think sold someone who was at the store that day. I called Best Buy and they can do nothing. Worst experience!
Update: wrote them on Facebook. The person was extremely rude and nothing has been done, I won’t recommend

Took my laptop up for an emergency cleaning out. Someone had gotten a control link into it. Got an appointment right away. Tech Steven was very professional and patient with this limited computer user. It was ready a day early and again a quick appointment. Two guys (sorry I didn't get their names) assisted me with professionalism and patience. This was easy, quick and painless (except for the price).

Always love visiting bestbuy, great staff, pleasant experience. Sometimes their open box items can end up being better than 'steal deals'. Can't ignore those! Hint. I managed to get a high end lenovo laptop almost half off.. not sure how that happened exactly, but I'm happy.

Never quite seen a Best Buy like that one. Almost empty shelves in many area no one to ask for help then they send someone on second request for gps then the guy had no keys. Here we go another run around the store to get keys then he took us to cash register way on the other side of the store walking 100 feet in front of us. The whole experience was very strange store was half out together like about going out of business
