Fantastic customer service from 800 miles away! I live outside of Chicago and was lucky enough to connect with Diane and Marion. Could not have been more helpful in a bit of a difficult situation. They went above and beyond customer service wise. Barbour is lucky to have them!

Great store with excellent service. Purchased multiple items over the years and recently arranged through the store significant repair and regular re-waxing of twenty years old jacket. Barbour service and Diane from the store did amazing work communicating and repairing. While not exactly inexpensive, repair is worth every penny. Highly satisfied.

Tried to order a new jacket through the Barbour website and due to a glitch in their system was referred to the Princeton Store to place and fulfill my order. I must say the ladies I dealt with were an absolute pleasure! Additionally, my selection went on sale between the time I ordered it and it was actually shipped and they passed along the savings without me even knowing it was on sale. Rest assured, the next time I'm in the area I will pay them a visit and stock up on my Barbour essentials. These people are nothing short of fabulous. Cheers!

Had a great shopping experience at this Barbour shop! Was going to get one of their jackets at a department store but came here as I thought visiting the actual shop would be more enjoyable. The location is really nice, the shop is adorable and the service was terrific. Would definitely return.
