Can't sign in on website for blood donation. Other places just ask for a few pieces of information without having to deal with a user sign-in and password. Will not be donating blood

First time donor I was nervous at first but the staff was so welcoming and made me feel at home !! I will be back in a few months for such a great cause

They canceled my appointment on the day of the appointment. Despite hounding me over historically low blood supplies the whole week prior. No explanation given.
