Monica is well versed in the different schools of Yoga and is able to very effectively leverage the various schools of yoga to my needs. Monica is a professional yoga teacher with tremendous knowledge and experience. She takes the effort to understand every student’s individual pain point and works according to their fitness level and goals. I joined her personal classes post my pregnancy when I was in a lot of pain and felt like my body will never recover. She helped me get my strength and energy back within 3-4 months, and in the process I also lost close to 15 pounds in 6 months. She is also experienced nutritionist, physiotherapist, and a lot more… basically she has an overall understanding of wellness, and fitness is a key aspect of it. She is not your cookie cutter yoga teacher, she understands the nuances of every muscle, every breath, every movement in your body. I highly recommend to start with her personal classes and once you feel comfortable, you can join the group sessions.

This review is written by someone who’s been a gym addict \\u0026 weightlifter for most of his life. I finally decided to get into yoga with a bit of encouragement from my wife. We both have been Monika’s yoga student from sometime now and she’s the best! Completely changed my perspective towards yoga. For someone like me, she started from basics (breathing) and then very smartly and systematically moved to advanced stages. I highly recommend her!

Monica is a very good yoga teacher. I highly recommend her as a Yoga and meditation teacher and wellness coach. She has numerous certifications and is highly skilled and has a very pleasing personality. Have been taking her yoga classes for some time now and she takes the trouble to find out your issues and help you personally with pain management. She runs classes in her home studio and in other centers. She does corporate sessions as well. If you're looking for the correct way to do yoga and not the commercial way its taught in a gym then do yoga with Monica.

Monicas yoga classes are the best in the area. Personalized to ones needs and very attentive. She is a great yoga teacher. Love attending her classes online as well as in person before. Her positivity and smiling face makes me want to attend and do the asanas.

Monica is passionate and dedicated yoga teacher. She is knowledgeable, and thorough.She generally covers breathing exercises, stretching, asanas, pranayama and meditation in all her sessions. She is very friendly and has passion to spread her love of yoga and it’s benefits to others. She always guides us to infuse our daily asana practice with more mindfulness. Monica is really experienced yoga instructor. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a small group instruction. Monica’s classes have been a yogic treat to me. The breathing techniques are very well explained and executed during the course of class. The stretching during sun salutation is very effective. A highly personable teacher and has an eye for detail for every individual in the room. She also explains the benefit and science behind every posture. I look forward to do yoga with her.

I thoroughly enjoy attending Monica's classes. I always feel rejuvenated and relaxed at the end of her class. She introduces variations and new yogic postures in every class which I look forward to. Even in a group setting she provides individual attention, ensuring correct techniques are always followed by all in the class - novice or experienced. The stretching during Sun Salutation sequences and core strengthening asanas that she includes in her classes with an emphasis on right breathing really stand out for me.
