We stumbled upon the farm back in 2020 during the pandemic and found so much peace here. After a third visit we knew OVLF is where we wanted our wedding. Monica and Jim were so wonderful to work with (AND nice people!), and we were honored to have them open up their home. Throughout the year we can tell how much they cared to make our experience memorable from preparation to day of. We also see the dedication they put into their farm as every corner of the farm is picture perfect. Our wedding felt intimate, private, but still open. All our guests loved it, and we lucked out with the weather and a flexible team. Thank you, Monica and Jim!

Beautiful and sooo relaxing. Love this place. So impressed by the hard work the owners do all on their own to keep this place pristine! Keep up the good work!!

Giving two stars because the place is clean and well taken care of. Today was my second visit to this farm, and I am extremely disappointed. The very first time I visited, the lady in the shop was EXTREMELY rude to me for no reason what so ever. It made me uncomfortable. I decided to visit again, hoping that maybe she had a bad day, but NO - it was even worse than the first visit. I purchased a lavender syrup (do not waste your $17 - it tastes more like vanilla) and lavender ice cream (very good). At checkout I asked if the field was closed as there were no one there to which I got a nasty response that I have to wait and pay for my purchase and then they will CHARGE ME admission fee. Admission fee for what?? I made a simple observation stating out loud (big mistake) that there was no admission charge last year to which I was "explained" very simply "there is now!" with a whole lot of attitude. Just pure garbage customer service. Will not be coming back, going to check out the Milford farm instead.

I happened upon this lovely place while taking a ride with a friend. What a very beautiful place for a Wedding Venue or just to stop in to view the lavender fields and you've got to go into the gift shop OMG! Beautiful prices of dishes lavender and white, soaps and candles, fragrances, I'm only hitting on just a few of the very many items they have even lavender honey! I have some pics below. Ps. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CALL BEFORE YOU STOP IN AS THE FREQUENTLY HAVE EVENTS GOING ON THAT ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. SO CHECK THEIR WEBSITE OR CALL BEFORE YOU MAKE THE TRIP. Otherwise they are open Fri, Sat & Sun. It's worth the trip!10 Stars!!!

We had our wedding ceremony here– and how it set the scene! The site is a little bit up a hill, which gives it even more of a private event feel. It was 06/17. The lavender wasn’t quite in bloom yet, but there were bits of purple showing. And it was still so lovely. Their barn house red is a rich burgundy with matching fences and signposts. The bridal suite is the sweetest mini cottage and my husband was ecstatic about the blacksmith on the other side. Behind the ceremony arch is a large wispy willowy tree, which is so romantic. The love and hard work that the owners, Monica and Jim, poured into their farm is so apparent as far as the eye can see. Working with them, you know you are in good hands. Their gift shop is a treasure trove of trinkets and delectable things. To tie the ceremony and reception together (our reception was at a different location) we got their lavender chocolates and lavender syrup for cocktails. We also used honey from the hives of their lavender field for cocktails too. Yum yum! We look forward to coming again for this is a special place.
