I was disappointed to find that they do not accept Fios equipment. It would be helpful if they updated their information online to prevent customers from wasting time and making unnecessary trips. Better communication could significantly improve the experience.

Don’t go to Yesenia unless you wanna be rushed. I’m not sure if it’s because my dad did not speak English fluently, but she seemed very irritated and annoyed when he asked questions when he did not understand something. On top of that and being rushed, we were given attitude.

Had an amazing experience with Keshaur today. Got me in and out with a new phone in iPad as fast as possible. Really informative and straight up about all payments and deals. No games here! Highly recommend

Sales rep I had was kind professional and tried his best to help me. Sadly you had none of the mid range Samsung options in stocks I was looking to buy. I get it Holiday weekend sales etc sometimes you sell out, but that stunk. Sales rep made smart and polite suggestions that helped me get my problem solved
The real issue was his coworker. The store is very large, but I was called over to a bench where both employees were working. The second employee, not the one I was dealing with, finished his customer interaction, picked up his phone and started watching and listening to videos. I'm trying to ask questions about a 23 specs so I ask him to please go to the back if he needs to watch video I can't focus on what I'm doing while you use sound and video. He says nothing, no apology or oops, turns down his phone and keeps watching. I didn't ask for you to turn it down, I asked for it not to be on while I'm trying to buy something. Completely unacceptable. I asked my first question but was so flustered and annoyed I just went to best buy.
At least put some headphones on. Someone tell this young man to stop being impolite.

Just upgraded my iPhone XR to a 15Pro with the help of Vinny! Vinny was extremely helpful explaining the features between different models, and made the process very smooth and an easy transition for me. Thank you for all your help!!!

I've walked into a Verizon store several times in the past probably six years, trying to get an upgrade on my phone and never offered anything. Yesterday I went in and apparently they have a loyalty sale every once in a while that not one person ever informed me about all the times that I walked in. And believe me, I would ask about something like that because I started to get very mad as time went by that I was stuck with my old phone! So luckily this time they gave me 650 bucks off my now ancient iPhone. I'm honestly still in a state of shock. You see advertisements on TV all day long about giving free phones away, but I can't seem to get more than 100 bucks out of Verizon to trade in my, at the time, not very old phone. Which of course I'm not going to do for 100 measly dollars. Anyways, the crew over there was all very nice and helpful and helped my husband and I both get new phones. The guy over there also informed me that we were being charged for the last three years $25 a month for some Protect Your Home plan that we were never informed of and doesn't show up on our bill as a line item either. So that certainly added up to a significant expense. So I suggest all of you call right now and inquire if you have that on your bill. I couldn't understand why our bill was so insanely expensive and that's why! If you can imagine how furious I am because that would've paid for the two phones that we just purchased.
