I recently had a disappointing experience with Soccer Zone USA. I placed an online order for my son's soccer uniform kit, but their system allowed me to checkout without adding all the required items. As a result, I had to place a second order to complete the kit, and I was charged for shipping again.
When I contacted their customer service, I was told that I wouldn't be refunded for the shipping cost on the second order, despite it being their system's mistake that caused the issue. I was also informed that if I had notified them before the order was shipped, they could have invoiced me for the missing items and added them to the original order. However, this doesn't change the fact that their system failed to ensure all required items were included in the initial order.
The customer service representative's response came across as unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for their company's mistake. As a customer, it's frustrating to be penalized for an error that wasn't my fault. Additionally, they're very slow to respond to customer support requests (over a week). If you have another option to purchase sporting goods equipment, take it. Avoid SoccerZone USA and their poor customer support.

AVOID THIS STORE, they sent the completely wrong uniform for my son's team, for which I spent more than $300. I have sent more than 5 emails to customer service, and they are completely ignoring me.
My recommendation: AVOID BUYING HERE!

Just ordered a sweatshirt for my son who is 14 yrs old and received a little youth size sweatshirt instead. They tell me they're only able to offer $10 off for me to order the correct size. That means I would be paying close $100 for one sweatshirt. I previously ordered my son's soccer kit well over $400 and the numbers on his gear keep pealing off. I'm very frustrated and disappointed with their customer service and the quality of their products.

Any major club jerseys are fake. They did not have the International Article Number. Would not return emails or pick up their phone. Pursuing a refund from credit card company for fraud.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SOCCERZONE. I purchased a t-shirt and when I received it the fabric was PAPER thin. You could see directly through it to the point that the shirt was not wearable. I tried contacting for a refund or exchange, and they refused- saying that was the material and there was nothing they could do. TOTAL SCAM!

After reading negative reviews of other online soccer gear suppliers, I chose SoccerZone. My order was priced right and delivery was delivered as promised. Other than the pricey shipping cost, I was very satisfied with this company.

Total lack of communication, initial online order confirmation via email but complete radio silence after that. No shipping confirmation and no answer to two subsequent emails. Will have to contact credit card company to initiate a dispute. Unprofessional.

Maybe the physical store is different if you walk in pick out an item, pay for it and leave...but the online Soccer Zone is awful!! You can never get ahold of anyone to help. The phone number on their web site doesn't work the phone just rings and rings. Many items on their web site do not list items as mens, woman's or youth and the sizes are vague. Once you receive the items sizing is all off. If you have a problem with your order there is zero customer service. Very frustrating. I do not recommend shopping here.
